buena ubicacion
el primer desayuno fue malo, no tenian mermelada,frutas,jugo solicitamos y la respuesta fue se acabo, despues de reclamar aparecieron lo quequitos frutas etc.
la cama durisima, informamos situacion pero no solucionaron
solicitamos cena la primera noche, no tenian lo de la carta
precio realcion servicio malisimo ya que es uno de los hoteles caros del valle
La habitacion con la ducha suelta a punto de caer, el agua o era hirviendo o congelada, no fue facil ducharse, imposible lavarse el pelo ( te cocias o congelabas)
si bien era tranquilo pero la mala ubicacion de las cabañas hacia que se sintiera a los vecinos hablar en tu oido
piscina sin mantencion o limpieza.... llena de hojas no dan ganas de bañarse.
en definitiva lo que se esperaba que fuera espectacular se transformo el primer dia en desagrado y malos momentos

Good location and eager staff who promised much but did not really deliver. Nice gardens and sitting our area.
Expensive for what we got compered to other placed we have stayed at in Chile. Many dogs barking at night. Poor breakfast and kitchen had run out of most things we wanted to eat. Bathrooms need some upgrade.

Patricia is very nice and welcoming. Nice and peaceful environment. Flowers everywhere. Very clean room/bathroom.
Restaurant needs improvement. Food is good but restaurant is not at the level of its potential. Breakfast is good, banana muffin was a nice addition to the eternal eggs/ham/cheese.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The grounds were beautiful and private and a great location. Breakfast can be delivered so you can eat on your terrace.
Not the properties issue, but multiple dogs barking all night long in very close proximity. This has been an issue in every small town throughout the country. Difficult sleeping.

it was my second stay. this place is awesome. the facilities including room, restaurants and swimming pool are great. staffs are super kind. beautiful landscape.
no window screen. it was too hot, but we couldn't open the window because of insects..
cleaning was not perfect.

Staff was amazing! Location is great! Rooms are new, well equipped, clean and spacious.
They don’t have TVs in the rooms, and they are missing some curtains.

La habitacion en la imagen tenia 1 cama matrimonial y una individual, al llegar nos encontramos con una cama matrimonial y un sofa incomodo para nuestro hijo.
Image shows a queen and a twin bed, at the site it only had a queen and a sofa bed uncomfortable for our son.

The porch outside the room was pleasant, homey and very sweet to spend evening hours. The French press coffee at breakfast was terrific and the eggs prepared to order were just what we needed at that moment. Robinson Amber, the manager, is great as the ‘face’ of the facility and is helpful in every respect. For him there is no such thing as “can’t or “no”. He is a hospitality professional who also speaks perfect English and is available pretty much all day.
The pool is sparkling clean and lovely. A small bar is near the pool for beverages including wonderful Pisco sours.
The cleaning crew were some very nice ladies who did an exceptional job, were pleasant to converse with, and even retrieved our plug adapter, just as we were leaving the room.
WiFi! It is fine right at the breakfast/common area, but not available anywhere else...your room, the pool, sorry.
