Toll eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, ausreichend Platz, gemütlich

Sehr warm und schlecht gelüftet am Ankunftstag. Müll nicht komplett entsorgt. Geräusche von der Küche des Restaurants unten drunter. Getränke Kisten die umgeleert oder sortiert werden. Morgens schon Geruch von warmem Essen bei offenem Fenster. Teilweise auch rauchendes Personal unten drunter vom Restaurant.

Frühstück und Zimmer sehr gut.

Badewanne statt Dusche. Sehr hoher Einstieg. Duschvorhang im unteren Bereich etwas schmuddelig. Der Platz für eine bequeme Dusche wäre vorhanden gewesen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt. Sehr zentral. Hübsch eingerichtet. Gemütliche Betten.

Etwas hellhörig und durch die sehr zentrale Lage nicht die aller ruhigste Wohnung. Aber das ist völlig in Ordnung.

Not the greatest walk to at night even though Detmold is safe. Wouldn’t want to come there with a lot of luggage too (a lot of stairs).

Die geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung unter Berücksichtigung der ursprünglichen Fachwerk-Struktur. Der Verzicht auf WandDeko. Die funktionale KüchenAusstattung. Die Senseo-KaffeeMaschine. Das schlichte, Ruhe ausstrahlende Schlafzimmer mit sehr komfortablem Bett. Lärmdämmende, gut schließende Türen und Fenster. Solide Gardinen. Der gut integrierte, kleine Balkon. Die Möglichkeit Fahrräder im Hof sichtgeschützt abzustellen. Sehr gutes WLAN und nicht zuletzt, die präzisen und praktischen schriftlichen Infos (sogar auf englisch) bez. der Nutzung des Appartements und für touristische Zwecke.

Balkonnutzung wird dadurch eingeschränkt dass nur eine Art spanische Wand den Balkon in zwei Bereiche unterteilt, die zu jeweils einem der nebeneinander liegenden Appartements gehören. Direkt unterhalb des Balkons befindet sich die AussenGastronomie verschiedener Lokale, so dass mit entsprechendem Lärm gerechnet werden muss (bei geschlossener Balkontür war davon aber nichts zu hören). Es gab nur eine kleine Auswahl von vor-eingestellten TV-Programmen und anscheinend auch keinen StreamingKanal.

the accommodation is realy close to the center

the window of room 401 is right above the kitchen of a restaurant and above a couple of containers that are covered, but sometimes the smell of either food from the restaurant or garbage can be felt.

Location was excellent, close to town centre ; general design and plan were good and size was also a plus (44 squ m). Super clean and tidy and everything there that one needed for a easy stay (towels, even coffee pads). Also good bakeries and a super market nearby. Bathroom excellent.

The property was equipped with a kitchen area, excellent dishwasher for example. However, it was tight on work space. Obviously not easy to change but what might help is a reasonably sized wooden cutting board, which could also be placed over the sink and give increased working space. Could be hung on the wall and no need to have a picture of Bavaria on it. The cooking pots were also clean and good but one size too large for the Ceran cooktop, With two pots on the ceran the power was often turned off by a pot. One size smaller would be better. The system all worked well and good instructions were given, just tight.

Location perfect just up a side street off main town centre. apartment was bright and airy and spotlessly clean
