The bedding, towels and seating area were all adequate and clean. The kitchen was very clean and had a good supply of condiments and some cereal if you needed them (we didn’t use any). We were down for our grandson’s christening and the property was a 7 min walk to our sons house which was ideal. The owner responded very quickly when we had a small issue with the WiFi and even offered to pop round if we couldn’t sort it. We did in the end but it was nice to have the offer and prompt response.

It was very basic. Not in a great area. The back yard wasn’t well kept and we wouldn’t have sat outside. Although it was clean it looked uncared for, with piping showing with chipped paint etc. We thought it was over priced

everything , its absolutly filthy , no code sent to us to get the keys , i had to chase that night , terrible area

Property has excellent facilities, the bed is extremely comfortable, kitchen & bathroom is clean, based in a great central location, supermarket on your door step, garden is spacious & well maintained,was a small problem with the toilet handle but the owner sent a repair person within 20 minutes, also their was a large selection of food in the kitchen cupboards, overall a very enjoyable stay & I would stay here again.

Slight disappointment was the size of the tv in the living but I suppose everyone is different regarding the preference of tv size, I’m probably being picky because the football was being shown.

Not the cleanest

We managed to bring good memories from the place(thanks to Jack Daniels and good steak .The property has kitchen that you can use but make sure you leave it spotless as you might be told off by host after your stay.And there is working heating that makes property pretty warm quick.And also there is netflix but tv is only computer monitor size.

The property is very outdated and in need of serious renovation. It contains dangerous damp, mould on the walls, broken glass doors, trip hazards both inside the property and outside. The sofa and rug in the living room is extremely dirty and dusty. Stains all over every bed in the property.One bedroom was locked.absolutely disgusting. The whole place is an absolute joke.After stay i received rude messege from host that i wasnt allowed to use douve from another bedroom because i booked property for two adults only and i left dishes in the sink.The property is in bad area of the town so we was worried to park the car outside.Photos in advert are edited so you dont see the real state of the property.

Very spacious. Was very clean and tidy, and the staff on the phone were patient when we had difficulties with the door.

Wasn't able to change the heating settings to make it cooler.

offered an 'upgrade' from one property to another, but it became clear that it was a take it or the booking would be canceled. Moved from a central location to a suburb. Clearly a student house, with damage to floors, signs everywhere reminding us to 'washup', flush the toilet after use, etc. Not what I expect when renting a house for a weekend.
