Apartment excellent.Enjoyed Sheringham despite the rain

Noisy people in above apartment.

Would have been helpful to update info re wi fi. The shower control was quite stiff to turn on and off. As older people a handrail in the bath/shower would have made a difference to safety.

Loved how close it was to the beach and it was a lovely roomy property.

I liked everything but I did notice in previous reviews that there was a problem with the shower and it hasn’t been rectified. It was very difficult turning it off!!! Needs some attention

Location was excellent. Furniture etc very good.

Didn’t realise how many stairs there would be. Sloping roof made washbasin in bathroom hard to access. Also sloping roof in bedroom made getting round the end of the bed almost impossible.

Excellent location exceptionally close to centre of town (2 min walk) large space to stay, well decorated in lounge, clean, comfortable beds and bedding , clean bedding and towels, kitchen utensils well stocked, large fridge freezer, nice outdoor courtyard and car.parking space was brilliant

The place was lovely and clean and bright , but some aspects were rather tired, and needs a look at. Lounge was lovely, hallway space large and airy. Next are some more practical issues. The main bedroom looks beautiful. Sadly tripped over the upturned rug corner, by the French doors, this has clearly been that way for some time, I suggest replacing or securing rug corners. It's lovely to have a dressing table , but the mirror is too high, so when you sit, you can't see in the mirror . Second bedroom , small but okay for 2 small children, kitchen was fine, nice and clean, no washing machine (whilst only for 1 night we would have loved that from our day at the beach) plenty of cups, glasses etc, clean, please get new pans, the bathroom was my issue, shower extremely stiff to turn on/off , I mean really stiff, leaks profusely from bottom of shower, Shower door just moves and leaks on floor, like the rubber seal was too high on side of bath, Sink had no plug, floor grout from being wet alot (guessing from shower door) becoming really quite grubby and bottom of bath side in need of tlc from water. Single thin bath mat inadequate and 1 single towel per person didn't seem enough , especially if you wanted to wash your hair. If the bathroom had a little tlc, the place, in my opinion, would be fantastic

It was modern and clean and had the basics. Also off street parking which is a necessity in High Season although access isn't easy. Good access to beach and shops.

The cooker controls are incomprehensible. The shower needs attention and there was no plug in the bathroom sink. second bedroom very small.

The hosts were really great and could not have done more. the apartment was Modern and nicely furnished, really clean. as they were aware it was our wedding anniversary they kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate which was super kind and unexpected.

the main thing was the size of the bedroom - only just large enough for a double bed which was fine in itself, however the mattress was quite poor and neither of us slept at all for the first two nights and decided to cut our trip short rather than spend another night there - which was a shame. again the size of the bedroom was the reason we marked it down price wise otherwise it is lovely and to be honest would probably suite most people.

Close to amenities and the beach.

Continual banging on an evening due to work being done on apartment above. Having to throw food away that was left in freezer. Ice-cream in tub with spoon half eaten should definitely have been sorted . We are charged £50 for cleaning so no excuse.

Great location, modern, clean, bright Appartment. Plenty of free parking and easy access. Lovely little break in lovely Sheringham.

Couldn’t find/ wasn’t aware there wasn’t a hairdryer.

Quiet and private Nearby to everything.

Broken back gate from day 1. Bathroom shower difficult to switch on and off. Couldn't get the oven to work. No cleaning equipment to keep the apartment clean, had to go and buy it.

Tastefully decorated. Perfect location and peaceful.

Shower very difficult to regulate and get hot. Bathplug leaked out so couldn’t fill bath. Stay ruined by noisy workmen in flat above starting at 7 in morning. plasterers I think so didn’t get rest we were looking for. Prior notice would have been useful so we had choice to cancel.

The property was very well presented and it felt very welcoming. The furnishing was comfortable and overall facilities were great.

Small amount of counter space in the kitchen that when preparing food. Back gate got stuck, but that was managed efficiently by the owner while we out. These are very minor points and shouldn’t detract from how nice the property was.

The location was excellent. The bed was comfortable, with good linen, though the bedroom (apartment 2) was cramped.

It was cold when we arrived, 14 degrees, and took a while to warm up, though it was eventually cosy. The info on booking.com implied there was off-road parking which we didn't have. No problem with parking on the street at this time of year, but might be in the high season. The fridge had no icebox compartment, not a big problem for us, but would have been in hot weather.

poor soundproofing and you can hear the conversation of the neighbors, especially being in the living room. Bedrooms are more isolated and quieter.
