Quiet location yet just a few minutes to seafront

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Great host. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Breakfasts were excellent - good choice, wholesome food, and well cooked and presented. The location is very close to the town centre and the railway station. Bed was comfortable. Good Wi-Fi.

There was no good hanging space for clothes. The room was rather small.

A good selection to choose from. The cooked breakfast was cooked to our liking, piping hot & well presented. The best cooked breakfast ever.

Had briliant stay at B&Bno2 The room and property was very clean Clair was brilliant nothing was to much trouble Breakfast was fantastic. The location was spot on 5mins walk to sea front, and main high street Plenty of pubs and eating out places . Would recomend this b&b 100% to friends . From start to finish, we could not have wanted a better host, room or place to stay. The room was super clean. The breakfast had great choice and was presented and tasted absolutely wonderful!🥰

There was nothing not to like! Everything was perfect. Room was super, food was delicious and the host was super friendly!

Our host Clare was great, as was her breakfasts. Location and room were also great.

Sadly our only gripe was that our bed was far too hard/firm so we got little sleep.

We both enjoyed our breakfast,our room was pleasant and clean,with a nice comfortable bed.We felt welcome and comfortable and it was good chatting with Clare.

Excellent, good choices & presentation superb lots of special touches with variety off fruit juices fresh fruit on each table. Milk in small bottles so lots of extras very good indeed.

En suite little small but rest of room very good & comfortable bed very good.

Great breakfast, good choice and exceptional service, friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond. Clare provided crockery, plates and wine glasses at a table in evening enabling us to have takeaway food and offered to clear up after us. Comfortable bed, fresh milk and variety of tea and fresh coffee/biscuits provided. Really lovely stay thank you

OnlyGreat location near to the sea front. Claire was a friendly helpful host great breakfast too.room was very clean would definitely recommend.

Only negative was breakfast was a little earlier than I would have liked but that's just me.

Claire was an excellent hostess, very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The property was very clean and comfortable. The choice of breakfast was good with excellent presentation.

Parking could be difficult.

The location was perfect, very close to the town and beach. Everything was spot on, a beautiful room, gorgeous breakfasts and a friendly, helpful host. We would definitely stay here again.

Location great, Clare very knowledgeable and friendly, lovely breakfast, very clean overall a lovely stay.

Parking was an issue if you came back before the day trippers went and the shop where still open. Sadly we were in the smallest room the door did not open fully we just found it a little too small.
