The pools were really nice, right in front of the beach. You have direct access to it from the pools. The staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. The room service was excellent, and the food was simple but nice. I recommend you the breakfast.
The wifi signal was very weak, I would not recommend it if you go meanwhile working online.

The room accommodations did not match the description on Booking.com. You advertised the Junior suite as having 2 beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is not longer offered, it was just a regular coach which created a problem as we did not have enough beds for our family.

Pool was beautiful, unfortunately the beach was a little rough, so not good for swimming while we were there. Black sand on the beach was dramatic and lovely. All the meals were delicious. Not much around the resort, so a great place to relax by the pool and read a book. Swim up bar was a nice add-on, and the bartender was friendly and made a great drink.

The place is calm and well. The pool is OK. The restaurant have a good menu choice. The room was spacious with good bathroom. Good TV multichannel. The cleanliness is excellent. Staff very serviceable and friendly.
Wifi not accessible in my room. I had to pick it in the restaurant in order to have internet access.

Pool was awesome. The view from our balcony was amazing and the sunset turned a bright red. I had never seen that before. It was an all-around wonderful stay.

towel management - we never received towel cards and even when presenting to staff was not given towels for pool. I did not like this at all.

Perfect spot for just relaxing around or in the pool. Great swim-up bar. Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice rooms. Clean.
Not many places to go outside of the resort. weren’t able to go into the ocean as the currents were extremely strong.

I recommend this hotel it is very clean.
No chair and umbrella near the beach. It is necessary. For people with no car. It is very to get to the hotel.

Service was very good, the pools were warm and clean and the beach was just steps away. Also the food was very good.
The hotel was far from the actual town of Monterrico and we had to pay for a taxi to take us, over 1/2 hr away and there were no turtle hatcheries open.

In the rooms at least 4 large towels should be available and 4 little face towels. Shortage of towels is not good. Pool towels should be larger and of different color than the available in rooms. The nearby Beach should be cleaned every day. No beach moto rides so close to the beach Hotel access. More rented or by deposit beach sombrillas.
