Perfect location, sweet host, good food, big room

The host is lovely, she makes the atmosphere of the place very homely.
The breakfast is fantastic, I loved the pancakes and the cheese! You can try Georgian cuisine and some homemade wine in the cafe downstairs, I highly recommend it.
The location is perfect - right opposite Rabati Castle, you can wake up with a view of the castle.
One of my favourite stays in entire Georgia!

Die Gastgeberin Svetlana ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wird alles tun, damit die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, und der Frühstück köstlich und abwechslungsreich.
Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein, direkt vor der Rabati Festung.
Als Fahrer für die Tours wäre Max klarerweise zu empfehlen (zB Ausflug nach Vardzia) - Svetlana hat seine Kontaktdaten. Max sorgt für den besten Tagesausflug mit wunderschönen Stopps auf dem Weg, die die Touristen sonst nie kennenlernen würden.

Sehr tolle Lage unterhalb der Burg, 100 m entfernt. Auch zum Stadtzentrum fussläufig, ca. 500m. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und geräumig. Die Gastgeberin machte mir noch eine extra Süssspeise zum Frühstück und hat mir noch ein Fläschchen Hauswein auf den Weg gegeben (abgefüllt in den üblichen 0,5l wasserplastikflaschen, klasse). Auch war sie sehr aufmerksam mit allem.

The location is amazing just outside the castle looking at it. Just metres away. The dining options for dinner at their Cafe were great, very tasty food. We had an enormous room for 4 people with high ceilings and tasteful decorative cornicing and good bathroom. Though the room was not air-conditioned, the location and altitude meant the temperature was absolutely perfect in the evening for sleeping and this surprised us. The service from the staff was exceptional.the price was great too.
There was nothing that I didn't like. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

We loved the location, or is close to the fort, to the busstation and to the center.
We had really the best food. We ate one evening somewhere else but we regretted it.
The owner Svetlana is very nice and helpful. She gave us a lift to the busstation and helper is to find the right bus as our destination was cancelled.
We had two wonderful days exploring the area with driver Max. He knows a lot about the nice places, culture and history of names.
We highly recommend this place. Madloba Svetlana and also the chef kitchen.
Nothing but for the area it is a pity that there are hardly refreshing swimming options. When we were at Vardzia it was 38 degrees.

One of the best locations - right next to the Rabati fortress, the main thing to see in the town and possibly the reason of you going there. The staff is very polite and welcoming, the dishes are all very tasty and made well.

3. There is no grocery shop in the vicinity - but there are shops in around 5 minute walk (again, not the fault of the patrons)))

Everything was FANTASTIC! Food was superb! Best food we had in our our 8 day trip to Georgia! Svetlana, the owner, was so kind and helpful. She recommended Max (driver/guide) who generously shared his local knowledge. We wish them the best and hope to come again. Also, this place is super convenient, right across from the castle.

The breakfast was very good! The staff was always helpful and nice and the room was clean and spacious.
The air conditioning was not strong enough for the size of the room and the shower was not the best.

Probably the best breakfast in Georgia! Simply delicious! The hosts were generous and there is a very cozy atmosphere on the common terrace, where you can chat with other travelers if you wish or just stay on your own if you prefer. The room had everything we needed, was very clean, the room temperature was perfect and the view on the castle the cherry on the cake.
We can only recommend it.

Everything perfect!
The most important thing: ask the owner if she can book a driver called Max for one day you. We had the best time with him, he is simply great! He shows you all the secret spots, tells a lot of interesting stories, knows many locals and is simply the best person te be around :)

Really good location, right next to the Akhaltsikhe Castle and parking is in front of the guesthouse. The room was clean, the host was welcoming and we had interesting chat while drinking house wine they offered as a welcome drink. Good breakfast. This place has really good vibes.

The owners of the hotel warmly welcomed us and we spent an amazing evening together. The room was perfect, super clean and maintained! We paid 60 GEL for the room and upon arrival, our host showed us 2 rooms. We picked a room on the top floor with views of Rabati Castle. Breakfast was included in our rate and she asked if we wanted to eat dinner at the restaurant. We picked out a few dishes and they were prepared at the time of our choosing.
Our room looked like it was newly done. Everything was clean. We spent 2 hours visiting Rabati Castle which is directly across from this guest house.

The location was excellent, we had a view of the castle from our window. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were super lovely, made us fresh mint tea and dessert in the evening. Would 100% recommend.

Great, kind and helpful hosts. Upon arrival we were treated to a cake and delicious local wine. The owners run restaurants with delicious cuisine, the owner sat down with us to explain the ingredients in each dish and recommended what to try. The food was delicious, there was no problem to pack it to go. All our additional requests, such as printing out boarding passes, were met. The room was very clean, nice and well equipped with a private bathroom. A very comfortable bed. I highly recommend! It's 20/10 !:)
