We were arriving late and weren't going to make it before the reception was closed for check in, but after a phone call beforehand to let them know, they were able to check us in remotely and that went smoothly. The room was neat and as expected, great area, safe location, easy to drive in and out.

The room was good, the staff were good.
The pool was dirty, the coffee cups in the room were very dusty, the had a fur like dust on them like they weren't changed for a while. I didn't feel like the place gets cleaned properly. Looks like they skip over many processes of cleaning and having the room ready for the next person. That's a health risk.
the billiards table was not level and equipment was in bad condition.
I wouldn't feel comfortable booking again until I was sure such issues were fixed. The fluffy cups really got me. 🤢

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great that it was across the road from the beach and so close to the shops. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The only down fall was the reception with phone data if you did not want to log into the motel wifi.

Great location on the beach - this is closer to Rye, not actually in Rosebud. The rooms were spotlessly clean, amenities provided in room were good and staff very helpful. On site carparking. Perfect for that beach weekend away.

Room is neat and tidy. The location is closed to the beach , restaurants and easy to find some shops to buy things that we need. The staff are nice .
However the only thing I didn't like is the heater, it rained the second night that we stayed and it's too cold .The heater is turning off by itself in every 30 mins and re start again in just a few mins . I tried to used the mode doesn't work so I give up . I feel so cold, better to bring more jumper to keep warm when the weather is changed.

It was a comfortable place to crash for a night when visiting the Mornington Peninsula. Great hosts as well with good recommendations with things to do in the area.
Walls are pretty thin and you can hear anything from the outside. Need to drive to get to restaurants and cafes.

My daughter and I have a lovely night's stay, The room was clean to a high standard and was just the right size, and the bed comfortable for the 2 or us. Although the Motel is on the main road there wasn't really a lot of traffic noise, The staff were really friendly, but efficient at the same time. Thank you
The parking spaces were a bit tighter, especially since our neighbours had both parked a bit crookedly. That's not really anything to do the with quality of our stay though.

Allowed us early check in so could leave bags prior to our day at hot springs. Also slept in a little and was 30 minutes late checking out and that too no problem.

Simple, adequate and clean amenities - the room was just the right size for our family of 4. There is a small pool and games room. Close to the beach and a short drive to the sights around the peninsula. Run by a nice family who were very responsive to their customers.
