The location is really good. The room, kitchen and bathroom had all we could ask for. Anna was really nice and helpful. We had to catch a train at 8 and she still managed to give us breakfast before.

Anna is super warmhearted and hospitable. The room and house were beautiful. The breakfast she made was delicious. Also, we had some nice talks at night, and she gave good advice regarding public transport.

Anna was very welcoming and the communication was easy. The location is great, it is only a few minute walk from the Stalin Museum. Breakfast was huge and awesome. The interior is authentic, it felt like a traditional Georgian house.

The bathroom was not as clean as one might like and (as typical, it seems) once water was spilled on the floor due to the lack of any shower curtain it was wet to boot.

The location is excellent, close to the major attractions such as the museum, park, centre. All can be done on foot. The guest house is also located in a quiet street. Beds are comfortable. The guest house is as in the pictures. The host Anna is very nice and communicative. She makes a great effort to make her guests feel at home.

We rented the big apartment downstairs which has its own living room. Unfortunately people have been smoking in the living room and the smell was noticeable. Cleanliness could have been a bit better in some places.

Anna is a very nice and hospitable person. However, it would be unfair not to mention the flaws. First of all, the price is very overpriced. The breakfast was very poor, porridge, gummy bread, honey, potatoes and an egg. No cold cuts, tomatoes or cucumbers. This is not what Georgian breakfast looks like. There was no sugar in the kitchen. There is also no balcony or garden. The house is old, has its own atmosphere, but also has some drawbacks, everything creaks and makes sounds. The price should be half the price and without breakfast, otherwise it's not worth it. There are other guesthouses in the area for a much lower price. I chose this offer for a Georgian breakfast I didn't get. Overall, I do not recommend it.

Anna put out a large and delicious breakfast. There were no other guests, so we had the upper floor to ourselves. Anna was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and information about Gori. Anna helped me find the English setting on a Georgian app so I could use it. :)

Our stay was during the winter, and it was cold outside. There was a heater, but the rooms farthest away from the heater (bathroom & bedroom) were colder than we were used to. Lots of blankets on the bed helped to make the sleep very comfortable. :)

Anna was very helpful in providing info on Gori and even booked me a shared taxi back to Tbilisi. Great location and hoping to return to Gori and stay with Anna again.

We had a great time at Anna‘s guest house. It is a very spacious traditional house, well equipped and just a few minutes from Stalin Museum. Anna was very lovely and helpful. We highly recommend it!
