The staff gave us a free upgrade which was great. It was in a great location and was clean, neat and tidy.

There was a massive swarm of small flying insects that found their way inside and they made sleep very difficult as they kept jumping around our heads. Also, the hot water system was off for some reason so no hot showers for us.

The receptionist was lovely very friendly young lady.

The room had a strong paint/ varnish smell possibly due to recent refurbishments and not being adequately ventilated afterwards. Bottom bed sheets didn't fit the bed properly and came untucked would suggest fitted would work better. A bedside lamp would be an added bonus too then you don't need to get out of bed to turn the light off. Attention to detail in the housekeeping, shower recess had hair from previous guests on it and also bathroom sink.

Great for family’s we stayed in a family deluxe room was great for our 3 kids and us. Very happy with the price and the staff.

The location is great, close to beach and shops and other tourist attractions in Mandurah. There is playground and jumping pillow for kids.

The room unfortunately smells like smoke (eventhough it is stated as non smoking room) and the couch needs a really good clean up. We stayed with two young children and I shared the bed with them, the bed was not comfortable as they are actually two single beds joined together. So it is not comfortable to sleep in the middle. I was hoping to get a queen or double bed as advertised. There are also small problems with power points,there is no power points near the kitchen bench to plug in kettle, electronic frypan or a toaster. I had to use the one on the floor which was not very convenient.
