Beautiful location we walked to all the services and enjoyed restaurants along a path around the water ways.

No toiletries for the shower, no small bin liners, small bin was very dirty, ran out of toilet paper after 3 days, still had socks in 1 of the beds & a pillow was so disgusting that I was going to toss it in the bin

Not clean so many cleaning products I hope that the owners appreciated that I bought their stove top back up to the level it should have been in the first place dropped a lid under bathroom cabinet and put my hand under OMG old hair/dirt dirty pots in the kitchen could not use BBQ because it was so dirty

It was close to the water. at least we were able to do some washing.

it wasnt clean. matress protector was stained, pillows were stained. tv in living area not working. etectrical extension cords untidy over the floor. hot water wasnt turned so bad luck if hot water was needed on arrival. matching crockery would be good. CARPORT WOULDNT FIT A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE

The location was great. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes. Nice walk along the estuary in both directions. Clean kitchen and bathroom. All necessary amenities.

Cleaner didn't do any dusting. TV remote in bedroom didn't work.

The location is amazing! Just a short stroll along the foreshore to the city with all the cafes and bars etc. Quiet location, nice neighbours and fully self contained making it easy to cook meals if we didn't feel like walking into town!

For the cost of the stay, I don't think there is anything to complain about or not like.

Big place, great location and excellent kitchen set up. Warm and lots places to sit and enjoy the sun.

Unfortunately the property could have been a lot cleaner, there were many hairs and used soap in the bathroom, dead bugs on the wind sill, dust, and expired food in the fridge.

There was no breakfast

Apparently the premises had been vandalized by a previous guest. It needed a thorough cleaning. I would estimate at least a day. New appliances such as a TV had been purchased with no instructions. Cables and extension leads were all over the place. We decided not to use the kitchen all other appliances. I felt sorry for the owner as I could see he was trying to do his best to improve the property. A big clean out of all the cupboards, tidying up the linen cupboards etcetera, and big clean is all is needed to improve the appearance.

Location to everything was great. Place was easy to get to, just off Pinjarra Road. Had everything you needed, even free coffee pods :)

Excellent location and only a couple of minutes walk to the waterside. The townhouse was very clean and whilst it is not a modern accomodation, it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

The beds were very uncomfortable and old and the small room had no fan or air-conditioning and it was very hot, no sleep

Fantastic value for money. Great location just a short walk from the estuary and CBD. Well stocked with amenities. When we contacted the owner (Nigel) to ask about TV issue, he was very friendly and helpful.

Could have been cleaner, especially dusty above doors, blinds and some cobwebs. Garden was beautiful, but needed some love (ie water) and attention. Sheets were pretty old. None of this was a major put off, just annoying. Would have been nice to have lamps in the bedrooms, lounge room. Some furniture due to be repaired or replaced as was on the verge of collapse (kitchen table). Also might have been nice to have some adult books, games and DVDs (easily obtained from op shop).
