The aparment was very cozy and homey.

The courtyard. Gated parking.
Noisy neighbors. The residents from a unit above were partying in the courtyard till 1am.
The water pump broke at one point, there were no water but a few hours later it was fixed.
Hot water was sporadic throughout our stay.

Location is easy to find with a gps for the first time, but it was our 5th time to stay at this place. We like it.

It's a very clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. It's not our first time to stay there. Lucy the manager is very responsive. She delivered the key very quickly. The apartment is always clean. The courtyard is lovely, we like it!
We forgot to put our backpack inside, and left it on the patio. A neighbor's cat peed on it:)) what a permeating smell all the way back home!

There was a lot of material around from workers that stayed on the other apartments around. Looks messy.

We called the manager Lucy upon arrival, she was ready waiting for us to hand us the key.
This is not the first time we stay at this place. We like it. Some people do not like the location but it is not hard to find the first time with a GPS. The parking is private on site, and is secure. It is a gated apartment complex, far from the noisy by=usy streets with traffic. The only thing this time that bothered us was absence of hot water but we let the manager know about it and they let us use a shower in another empty unit while they were fixing the heater problem in our unit.

It’s our second time to stay at this place. It’s excellent out of season - quiet, almost no other guests. We love the cleanliness of the apartment, the A/C and a cozy courtyard.

The property was not too far from the beaches
The property looked messy and was difficult to locate, the access road to the property was in complete mess. The phone number published on booking.com is not accurate, the owner did not accept any card (only cash). The door to the rooms was jammed and outside was dirty and messy. Bathroom had open electrical wires near the shower and I got a shock from them. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a place to sleep while spending our time in town and exploring the area.
The TV is in the bedroom, instead of the living room.

This was a nice little surprise!! This home was newly renovated and super cute! Clean as can be!!! All the residents surrounding were super friendly and quiet! We would definitely come and stay again!!!
The only complaint was the drapes need to be darker. The exterior was lit up so much that the lights shined through the drapes made it hard to sleep. The bed frame was squeeky every time we moved. These are super little things and would not make me not come and stay again. We just threw a blanket over the window and laughed every time the bed squeaked.. This was just another part of one of our fun adventures and we will look back and laugh about it.

Very clean apartment, all amenities worked, A/C in both rooms, cute courtyard. They allow pets to stay, and it was very important for us as we travel with our doggie. If you don't mind hearing the neighbors' roosters at 4 am and throughout the day, windows curtained up all the time to provide you privacy, and hearing your loud neighbors, that's ok.
Location is not the best. It's impossible to find without a GPS. Loud music from a nearby place up till 10pm (though not every day). The courtyard is cute but small and shared by all the guests.

Very Nice and Clean apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. The value for the money is great. I would very much prefer staying here than an hotel. The Air Conditioning was also great.

I only wish all our stays were like this one. Wow. What a find. Clean. Fair price. Quite, (except for the neighborhood roosters!). Great accessories e.g. stove, fridge, TV, etc. We will absolutely be back.

All elements of my stay were fantastic. José was inviting and promptly saw me in and showed me around. The premises had exceptional security with a gated foyer, security cameras and good locks. The apartment was immaculately clean on arrival and exceeded my expectations as for the ammenodies offered in the kitchen and all-around (including filtered water). I would happily live here if it were in my home town.
Being in a residential area, I sometimes had to fend-off the neighborhood dogs when walking into the town center. The walk is far to the port, but far from unreasonable.

I loved having a place to keep our vehicle off the street and a yard for our dog.
I suppose water could be hotter... but it’s Mexico so not much of a bother.
