Ubicación, limpieza el apartamento es bonito, no le pongo más notas por el tema de no tener en el apartamento un maletero para las maletas, lo había en otra ubicación. Para nuestra forma de viajar no es cómodo.

No poder dejar las maletas hasta justo la hora de entrada 14.00 y no poder dejar las maletas después de la salida 11.00

2nd bedroom is very small. No water pressure in shower and kitchen badly designed. All toilet seat broken.

The check in was very confusing. I received an email indicating that they had an app based key. I was told to download the app to access our key to the apartment along with other information. I did this but found out later that they no longer use this app. Before inputting our info I had emailed the host via booking.com to confirm that this was legit but never received a response so I decided to go ahead and try it. Also, I had initially notified them of our check in at 9:30 but since we were driving to Madrid it looked like we were going to arrive closer to 8:30. I changed on booking.com based on a new email I received from booking.com to provide this information but apparently this is not communicated to anyone?? They also have a phone number which is not a direct number so you have to spend a great deal of time going through the hoops to get to a person. All in all, this was very confusing. The apartment was in a good but noisy location. On a positive note, the bedrooms were in the back and as a result were very quiet so the noise didn't bother us when we were sleeping. The bedrooms were smaller than I had realized by looking at the pictures online especially the 2nd bedroom. The living room sofa was also in bad shape as it's also a sofa bed. It was impossible to sit on without all of the leather pillows continually sliding out. This seemed to be due to the design of the sofa bed and how it pulled out. We did not use it as a sofa bed but when the host pulled it out for us to show us the sofa bed, it did not look very comfortable. Since we usually don't spend much time in the apartment anyway when we travel overseas these were not serious concerns for us. It was a pleasant stay but I will say the check in process needs to be improved along with providing a direct cell phone number to whoever is going to be checking you in.

Everything things was perfect , clean and comfortable

Only that I go before 6hours to the airport because they didn’t let us keep hour baggage on the property .
