Das Condo war sehr sauber, man hätte sich auch zum selber kochen entschliessen können, es war so ziemlich alles da. Der kleine Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Platz für Teller und Gläser war einladend zum an der frischen Brise vom Meer etwas zu speisen.

Es wäre nett, wenn man VOR der Buchung darauf aufmerksam gemacht würde, dass im selben Stockwerk Renovierungen gemacht werden. Der Lärm von 09.00-17.00 war sehr unangenehm. Da wir aber sonst sehr zufrieden waren, haben wir auf ein Geld zurück Angebot verzichtet.

Es war einfach fabelhaft. Das Apartment ist im 10. Stock, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte, der 7/11 Supermarkt gleich ums Eck. Das Bett ist groß und bequem und man hört das Meer rauschen. Es gibt Streetfood und kleine Restaurants in der Nähe.

The room was dated, and had an odd odour. The TV only had one channel, the mobile hot plate didn't work, and there were no instructions on how to use the hot plate, all of the utensils were old. The gym equipment was very rusted and some of it was broken. There is a snooker table which has a lot of big rips in the cloth. That was generally how things are there.

The property feels like home and has everything I need , there is a laundry service available and the cleaners are really good and make the room clean and beautiful. I have stayed here many times and Khun Rainbow is very is very helpful and kind.

Location is unbeatable. Right across the street from the beach. Everything you need is there. Overall a good place if you're just staying for a couple of nights.

Reception was awkward and a bit unwelcoming. Very old building and bed was worn. We had to sleep on the left side of the bed as the right side collapses and you feel like you will fall out of bed. Overall, an okay stay for the money but I don't think I would stay there again.

It’s near the beach and other food shops where you can eat delicious seafood. The owner was kind and can speak english well.

It’s a bit far from the ban phe market and the pier going to Koh Samet but since we rented a motorcycle it was all good.
