A great place to stay,like home from home & only 5 minutes from Holt & everything you need for a short or longer stay is here. It's set back off the main road so is very quiet at nights,we had a lovely breakfast & Sally was very helpful I would stay here again as my first choice if I come to the area again.

Everything with the accomodation was excellent, difficult to find fault with anything. We stayed over the Christmas period so the usual traditional cooked breakfast wasn't available, however all other breakfast provisions were well stocked for our stay [Thanks Sally]. It was a great location for us; Holt was only a short distance away [Christmas dinner at The Feathers Public House] and coastal footpaths were a short drive away, so we could walk off lunch.

There is nothing to dislike.

Loved that we had our own entrance and that it was really a little apartment with our own lounge section and place to eat; the bonus was of course not having to cook our own breakfast, the breakfast provided was excellent. Everything was spotless, couldn't have asked for a better host or location.

Great location to stay, just 5/10 minutes from the centre of Holt by car. Excellent accommodation. Highly recommend if you just want the quiet life to relax, switch off as we did and enjoy the remote feel in the countryside yet not far to beach and major sites in Norfolk.
