My kids really enjoyed playing in the loft net.
The sofa bed wasn't equipped for sleeping but we were able to make use of the loft net.

Pool was clean as well as the big room with good kitchen and equipment.
Super quiet area, lots of cheap restaurants nearby by car or bike.
Some boards at the poolside needs to be replaced.

Very nice apartment, great location and friendly staff

lots of space, only 1 km from city center, very kind owner
some bad smell in bathroom

really nice duplex apartment. clean with all cons . kitchen well equipped and very comfortable bed. nice and clean shared swimming pool on the roof of the property . we rented bikes so the location was convenient for us.
all ok. tip: bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as sometimes there is loud music nearby

Wonderful place! Great atmosphere and nicely appointed. Good wifi and perfect for cooking and hanging out by the pool.
Only 5 forks for the 6 of us LOL
3.5
Beautiful, sparse decoration with a very modern feel. Nice rooftop pool and lounging area
Farther from the main parts of Tulum PueblA than I would have wanted. Would be much better for someone with a car

The apartment I booked was very dark, and as I was staying for 2 weeks I wanted something lighter, the property manager was amazing and went out of thier way to make sure I as moved to a much better and lighter apartment, Fantastic customer service
On a whole its a great property and the apartments are very clean and tidy, the only downside was the outdoor areas are very weathered, one of the areas around the rooftop pool was in such a bad state that ti was closed off as the decking etc was all rotten. Thankfully though the pool area on the top fo the other building was still good.

Clean, spacious and nice accomodation
Not too many mirrors - please add some, well needed for that big accomodation. And the bathroom were sometimes very smelly from the pipes. Apart from these two things everything was perfect.

A unique space with wonderful jungle views, a hammock ceiling, a rooftop pool and close to many trendy eateries on the highway. Although it's located very close to a noisy highway, I didn't hear any traffic noise at night. There's a nearby Circle K for snacks and drinks as well as a Pemex gas station. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable.
The location is far from the beach although I knew that when I booked it. Looking back, I would have sacrificed the unusual nature of the property and chosen a location closer to the ocean. When staff or guests were in the room above, the noise of scraping furniture was REALLY loud. I rarely saw staff members on the property and the pool area had several areas partitioned off due to lack of maintenance. If you have mobility issues, the stairs inside the apartment will be difficult to manage. Although I had a decent stay, I doubt that I would book here again

Large living room, two large bedrooms
Very small bathroom, mold on the walls
No 24/7 security
Very thin walls, can hear everything from upstairs

I really liked the location, a little bit out of noisy street, but 10 minutes walk from restaurants and city center, so you have a quiet and good spot to the city life. The apartment design is really cool and had everything you need except coffee maker (actually it has coffee machine but you have to pay for the coffee pods extra). Private roof pool was great especially no one except us used it :). You can rent bikes there in reasonable price and this is another pros, the staff was very kind and helpful.
I don't like that I have to pay for the coffee capsules, simple coffee maker should be there, and have to pay for additional toilet paper is something not usual ...

quiet, safe, things were fixed promptly, clean, bikes were there to hire.
A little dated. one bedroom was a little mouldy on one wall.

Over 2 weeks I stayed in the split level apartment and then a studio. The split level apartment was open, spacious and had all of the facilities you would need. The studio was smaller but still very spacious. Either accommodation types for a solo or couple would be suitable. The hammock in the split level apartment is a fun and unique feature.
The Wifi was strong, the smart TV was convenient, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need. The apartment was clean and the shower was great. I loved going up to the roof in the mornings too.
Casa De Pierda in a great location for Tulum, not too central but certainly not far away. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Some type transport would be suggested (a scooter is best) but you could get by without. Everything you would need is within walking distance. The ADO coach terminal from the airport transfer is 15-20 minute walk away.
The host was friendly, helpful and communication was clear. There was always someone available if I needed them and the hosts would always respond quickly over message. The staff at the apartments were always friendly, patient and helpful.
I would highly recommend Casa De Pierda. It had a feeling of quality, comfort and luxury yet still had a Tulum/Jungle essence to the space. It also felt homely and I definitely felt safe during my stay there too. Excellent value for money, worth every penny.
Nothing to dislike, exceeded my expectations!

I loved the location in the city centre. The locals were really nice and welcoming and although it’s dark a lot of places are in good walking distance. Loved the location.
There were a few bugs but we were in the jungle so it was to be expected. The upstairs bathroom didn’t smell so good.

Close to downtown.
Was nice👍
No mirror in rooms

bed very uncomfortable, the pool didn’t look clean at all

The facility was nice. It was in close proximity to quite a few places, so we were able to walk to most places.
In booking, it said that airport shuttle was one of the amenities provided, as if it were included in the price of booking. That was not the case. The property scheduled airport shuttle, but it was an additional fee of $100 U.S. each way.

I really enjoyed my super cool apartment with the loft hammock. It was quiet and so I always got to sunbathe and swim alone.
Notes: I did not like the quality of the front door as it seemed like it would've been easy to open from the outside- i put a chair against it at night. There are no washers/dryers on the premise - i washed my clothes in the huge tub and dried on the netting and it worked PERFECT. The road to the place is unpaved and the location is located at the edge of town BUT is convenient to everything. I walked the entire town of Tulum daily.
I suggest it if you want a unique place to stay at a good price.
The door to the apartment
Having access to a washer and dryer

Love the spacious areas, the table at the balcony and the kitchen set up. Netflix was a plus, as well as the various book options. Xavier, the property manager was helpful and available at all times. Free parking space available.
The bed on the 2nd bedroom was not comfortable. Also, the location is on a non-paved, dark street, hence a car is needed at night. It would be difficult to maneuver if you're only renting bikes during your stay.
