Decor is nice but a classic case of Instagram versus reality. It’s not a place I would like to spend time and relax.
I didn’t get any sleep the entire 5 nights I was there. The noise from nearby bnbs and bars is unbearable, every night until 2 am, one night it went on all night till 6 am. I asked to be moved on the first night, was refused, they moved me in the 2nd day but it didn’t help, you cannot get away from the noise here. Do not stay here if you need to work/sleep. The breakfast was inedible, and not alot of that either. Most of the staff were unfriendly.

The room is super cute, well decorated and comfy. 2 pools are available. Really excellent value for money hotel, I would definitely come back !
Best value for money hotel I have had in my whole Yucatán trip.
Everything was perfect

The accommodation facilities were very good, two pools, poolside seating area and sun loungers.
Very nice staff
Due to the description of the hotel and the price compared to other accommodations in the area, I had high expectations but the room was not very clean and there were broken things like mosquito nets. The noise at night in the hotel is not pleasant, loud music is heard until late hours, some of the days it was music that came from places near the hotel and another night it was from one of the hotel rooms. The breakfast area is not very clean and if you don't go to breakfast first thing in the morning, it is likely that there are not many things left since it seems that they do not replace what runs out

Very nicely decorated rooms, generally quiet and kudos to cleaning staff they did an amazing job! The hotel is located a bit further from central which I loved bcs center is very hectic and does not give the tulum vibes.
Check in was a pain, I waited for 30minutes on the door to be checked in. Breakfast was bread, jam, yoghurt and cereals. I hope there was something more for food (at least some eggs etc)

At the property we had the chance to rent a scooter at a reasonable price, which made it easier for us to travel through Tulum. The breakfast was a buffet, which included yogurt, fruit, granola, cornflakes, bread, bread spreads + coffee/orange juice, and additionally we could choose one dish form the breakfast menu, which the staff cooked for us every morning. Nice pool to cool off during a hot day. The staff was very helpful!
It was really calm in the evening, there is not a lot to do in the are where this hotel is located, therefore we either had to drive more towards the centre of the city or stay in our room watching a movie.

Cute place with nice breakfast and cute cat that visited our room several times.
We paid extra for rooms with plunge pools. What we got were cement bathtubs outside that couldn't be filled more than 6 inches. At that point the drains starting draining and there was no hot water left anyway. They show their hotel pool in the specific pictures for the rooms with plunge pools. So misleading and disappointing. We could have paid half the price since we could not use that "plunge pool".

excellent breakfast, pool was lovely, staff friendly, room was awesome.
the water but more importantly the shower didn't work 2 of the nights we were there, the one night it did turn on there was almost no water pressure, could barely wash the soap off

Large room in lovely setting. Comfortable bed. Enjoyable breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff
We stayed for 3 nights and on one night, a neighbouring bar played loud music until after 3am. Impossible to sleep.
Hotel is approx 30 minute walk from the centre of Tulum. It was OK for us but may be a consideration for others.

This happened on several occasions however no resolve was offered

Quiet, tropical surroundings, atmosphere
Small-ish rooms, a little far from city centre, not a very local vibe in the neighbourhood

Room was nice especially the deck area. Not close to downtown restaurants but a lot of very nice ones on the street. Breakfast was very fair
Very noisy at night until quite late due to traffic.

There are so many positives about this hotel: friendly staff, good cleaning of the rooms, pretty + modern design, 2 nice long pools, big breakfast with eggs of choice, super cute hotel cat and convenient location.
This is the first place I have been to that does not offer free drinking water (and they could probably save a lot on breakfast orange juice if they did ;), but the worst is definitely the noise coming from the opposite hookah bar and other (difficult to pinpoint locations, perhaps rooftop bars or private rentals) which often starts in the morning and goes on deep into the night. (I really think the owners need to have a word with the landlords of the surrounding Airbnbs/ gastronomy to reduce the noise pollution, especially at night)

We were 4 people staying in 2 double bed rooms, which were really nice and big. The balcony and the bathroom also spacious. the style of the hotel is nice too.
We stayed 3 nights, and we did not have hot water in either room during the whole stay. We couldnt get the hotel staff to react to this problem, only the last night after raising the issue again, we have been given an empty room to shower in. Staff also couldnt speak proper english. Breakfast was ridiculous, i dont understand how people can rate it good.

great room, very big clean comfortable.
DO NOT rent bikes from them! they are awful and bad condition and very old so hard to cycle, same price around the corner for much better bikes. Also the location is quite far from the main town/restaurants etc., I would not feel comfortable walking home at night by myself or with females only down the dark roads to turquoise hotel and cabs are v expensive (400peso and drivers won’t budge on this). Also breakfast could be better considering price of stay, it’s very basic and we had much better across Mexico for cheaper.

Great outdoor patio and atmosphere. Good size room and very comfy bed. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was great.

Decor of this hotel is so pretty and the bed was extremely comfortable.
There was a small problem with our check-in as the security guard arrived to check us in however didn’t know which room we had booked. It was sorted very quickly though but as this was quite late at night, it wasn’t ideal at that time of the night having travelled for the whole day.

I liked the decor and the people working there, it felt like a family.
I didn’t love the fact you couldn’t flush the toilet paper, but I started to realize that’s a problem at other stays so just know that going in.

The ambiance was soothing, relaxing, and in the day beautiful. It was very well maintained and beautiful for the vibe. Staff was also kind, attentive, and location was good.
There were a few stains on towels and bed sheets, no other complaints.

I loved the location and the aesthetics.
The staff was rude. The ladies that made breakfast for our free meal were not friendly and made us feel uncomfortable. We had a driver pick us up from our hotel to take us back to Cancun and he told us that our receptionist was talking badly about us and mentioned he should not wait for us and leave us behind because we wouldn’t tip him. My friend fell off the chair because there was a loose wood in the floor. She fell so hard and nobody checked on her.

Rooms are as pictured, well decorated! Water pressure in shower was best we had during our time in Mexico.
One member of staff, Karen, was especially helpful- flagged taxis on our behalf to get us better prices, and organised a great airport transfer with an excellent driver.
We enjoyed the La Valeta area, plenty of nice cafes and bars along the street and quick to walk over to main town Pueblo.
The breakfast was very average - cereal, toast and fruit buffet style where a lot of items could have been fresher and better quality - the bread especially! In addition, you could ask for eggs cooked 4 ways, however despite there being a large number of staff on service for breakfast none of them were very attentive.
Issue with reception often being left without a member of staff - my partner got locked out of the hotel one evening because noone was around - it was only 9pm.

Lovely pool, friendly staf, rooms are clean, close to some really nice restaurants. Breakfast was simple but nice, you can choose how you"d like your eggs and there is free coffee all day long.

The staff were incredibly friendly. We were lucky and they upgraded our room to include the dipping pool which was awesome and we loved it. our room was also huge.
Staff was always very helpful with anything we needed.
We didn’t try breakfast but saw you could order eggs made to your order.
The location is about a 30 minute walk to the center and the roads are not in the best shape but it’s manageable.
