I was one of a group of 10, having arranged 3 of the 4 flats as accommodation. I found the flats to be exceptionally clean and well presented. They were well equipped and very comfortable.
A perfect location for a trip to York, given that they are within a short walk of the city centre.
Nothing comes to mind.

The location was excellent except for £80.00 parking for 4 days. The parking prices quoted were not up to date.
No welcome pack. No hanging rail for smart clothes only coat hooks on wall which the clothes then hid the light switch and obstructed door. Bedroom 2 had drawers but nothing in bedroom 1. There were 4 of us in what we believe was for 6 people..... 4 bath towels but nowhere to hang them while showering or to dry. One hand towel, none in kitchen. One drying tea towel.
Cereal bowls, not one matched in shape or size. 3 place mats, oven had to be sorted before we could use it to cook, no tea pot.
Sofa was OK for friends to sit on but we sat on very uncomfortable chairs, not arm chairs. No coffee tables so had to put drinks on floor. Took cushions off beds and piled in lounge, useless as was ornaments.
Caster broken on bed which had black marks around base. Bottom of oven fascias hanging off.
1st bedroom door jam had what looked like dry blood on it. Dirty marks on walls.
Fridge, freezer compartment, was thick ice and cubes just filled whole compartment fused together.
Took lots of photos.
Neighbour borrowed batteries from husbands torch as her remote didn't work.
We've stayed in 4 places in last month and this was the worst and most disappointing as location was excellent.

Had everything you could need for a short stay. Private and clean.
Slight smell in bathroom (nothing terrible just a feint smell that suggests damp perhaps) & lock on front door presented a few challenges which was annoying. Although the host was on hand on one occasion & came straight away to help so that was brilliant. But I really think you need to change the lock.

Great little apartment in a great location! All that we needed for our stay and the information given was spot on! If you’re driving, the car park is right next to the apartment, but comes at a cost. The mattress on the bed is pretty soft too, but still comfortable. Despite this, we’d definitely stay here again. We had a great stay and York has so much to offer!

It was within walking distance to the centre which worked great for us and the children. It was spacious and in accordance to all descriptions on the website. Very useful book with a wealth of information on the kitchen table and pretty quiet despite central location both at day and night time. It was easy to access and the fact that it's by a car park was a game changer as we drove for several hours and packed a lot with us.
I couldn't get the hang of the thermostat and, at windy times, an unpleasant smell would come in through the bathroom vent.

it was a great location to walk into York, enough space for us for the weekend to be comfortable and relax.
I don’t think the heating timer was on the correct time so it was very cold at first and we had to keep boosting till it got warm but was fine once it did.

Not dislikes more observations - very warmonger, specifically during the night, lack of ventilation appreciating the security aspect of having windows opening onto the green. They could do with couple more tea towels, scourer, dustpan and brush, baking trays

Location is excellent for walking to the city. Quiet gated courtyard with easy access to car park and city.
it was advertised with a bath which I booked as a requirement for my mother. The property has been revamped, and whilst very nice, didn’t meet her need.
The pay as you go car park is VERY expensive at £15 for 24 hours. This is misleading as it ceases at midnight regardless of the check in time so you will need to pay the overnight charge in additional of £3 and add any additional time per hour. if you want to go back to your car, for example at 10, you pay the overnight charge and then an hourly rate on top.This can be costly and added about £80 to our 4 day stay.
We did complain about the cleanliness of the hall and oven - Lydia did resolve this for us during our stay.

Beautiful apartment , comfy ,spotless. The bedding and beds were superb and whole apt was very nicely decorated with nice touches. Bathroom immaculate and shower was fab. Amazing location very close to minster and bars etc. Car park right next to apt which was so easy to use and book by phone. The kitchen was well equipped and dishwasher great. The fan was a great touch in a v hot heat wave. Would certainly book again.
Internet was not working and it seems issues with the router so that was a bit of a problem , contacted agent and they tried but unsuccessful in getting it to work. It was quite noisy as the main walk way from the large car park to the city was right next to apt. Lots of people walking past day and night, but its a city centre location so it happens so not quiet. Also bottle bank right next to property was woken at 5.30 by bottles being smashed into the recycling bin, great for environment but not for lie ins but its not a deal breaker.

Good location for tourism.
Honestly we were very disappointed. Generally it was clean and new at the first sight. But there were some mud on the carpet, which my daughter thought was dog poo or something. I cleaned myself. My husband found some ice lolly and opened water in the fridge which made us doubt if it was professionally cleaned before we checked in. I booked it for two adults and two kids, but only one bed was offered. I had to ask for extra bedding and extended the sofa bed and do everything next myself. Honestly It was totally ok for me, but one point I really could NOT stand was the pillows case was used! When I laid down I smelled the horrible odour!!! Which scared me awake in the midnight, after a whole day exhausting trip I had to change pillow case myself! really the worst experience ever!
No WIFI , no travel sized shampoo, neither body wash nor lotion. no dishwasher but also no wash sponge( how can we wash the dishes?)have to pay for parking, the service was far below the money we paid, sorry, I have to say a lot of things could be improved.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable. Great location minutes from the Minster and a quiet location. Everything you need for a perfect city break, highly recommend.

Great location. The flat was roomy, clean and comfortable.
The wi-fi was terrible. Temperature control was rather spotty. No spare toilet paper roll, which came as a rude surprise :).
No option to leave luggage, which was a challenge for us.
