Pine View Stay was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Not only was the home impeccably clean and well-maintained, but the owners were incredibly understanding and empathetic, making us feel right at home. The caretakers were incredibly kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hospitality was top-notch and the peaceful atmosphere made the place feel like a true oasis.
The garden area was a particular highlight - it was a perfect spot to relax, unwind and take pictures. The surroundings were truly beautiful and we had a great time with friends, we can't wait to come back and visit again with family. To top it off, there were three adorable puppies on the property which added to the charm and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Pine View Stay to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation rental.

Everything about this place is absolutely finest. The scenic location, cozy and comfortable rooms, relaxing lawn with fresh air and sun, home-made food on request, hospitality, humble owners and staff, the list goes on and on. The on-request indoor bonfire is something one cannot miss. The 3 bedrooms and ample of sitting area was so comforting that my family have started disliking commercial hotels :D
I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting with family and want to avoid those commerical and boring hotels.
Nothing to complain about this place. Absolutely nothing. Just one thing which would have been nice is having a heater in each rooms.

Overall, We had a great experience with Pine View Stay; staff (Mr. Raj Kumar, Sumathi and Radha)was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for get together, birthday parties, honeymoon and weekend. The food was amazing. Felt like home. I strongly recommend this cottage.

Quiet location, spacious.
Friendly host and all the staff. They provided us also with good food and helped us with advices where to go. They called us a tuk-tuk or taxi when we needed.
The wifi did not work the first day, but they dixed it than.
The price seemed us quite high comparing to another acommodations we have stayed in Kerala.

The host was really nice and made us feel at home, they were really friendly and also a pro tip ask for the fireplace in the night it was really fun addition to our stay and the rooms were amazing and really well maintained also comes with a bathroom in every room and ample charging points.

Facility was exceptional. Rooms were very spacious with extra areas like sun room and balcony were nice add-one. Bathrooms were very clean (western style). Availability of breakfast and dinner on premise was certainly convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our point of contact Mr.Mukund was in constant touch with us ensuring we were able to get in and provided excellent guidance for our daily sight seeing. Payment methodology was also very flexible.

The place was amazing and definitely beyond my expectation.
I went with my family and got the premium villa (3 bedrooms) for 2 nights for under 20,000 Rs.
The view was amazing and the barbeque grill in the garden was a surprise. It was a shame I could not get around to using it.
The caretaker Sajoo was helpful and really friendly.
The hotel does not use credit cards. No cash back for me :(
