Rooms were very neat and clean,having beautiful view and had a pleasant stay here. apparently room service were also very cool and persons were also very humble and polite especially the hospitality by night shift staffs are great host,most of the sightseeing places are located within 1.5km radius from property.

There is no breakfast or restaurant in this hotel.Its the only thing we are missing except that it was a wonderful place to stay with family.

The location was apt and easy to commute to all the local places in Ooty. It was easy to identity and everyone knew about it too. It was warm, welcoming and comfortable. For those who wish to explore Ooty, this is a good place to stay. Also the center is just a few minutes walk away from the location which was great.

Excellent service and perfect location

The most friendly people we have found anywhere on any trip. The staff was accomodating and the property itself was breathtaking. Grand suite rooms are the essense of the property in my opinion!

The resort itself is absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

The room was compact and filled with lot of amenities the amount we paid is worth for a economy class room. Friendly staffs,we called them in midnight even then they were very responsive and ready to help anytime.clean and tidy rooms maintained. Must recommended.

Best place for family

It was a wonderful stay we booked family suite room is spacious with two washrooms.Amenities like microwave,kettle,are useful in this cold climate. 24 hours hot water and wifi service is good.easy access to main city.Highly recommend.

If a customer writes a negative review, management will send personally insulting and disgusting WhatsApp messages, instead of apologizing for having a bad experience. What a shameful way to run a hotel.👎 Our experience with the most expensive room in the hotel: 1. Rodents (possibly rats) in the ceiling - They were running around and making noises all night long. 2. Bad drinking water - dirty water from the in-room purifier. 3. Unclean rooms, bathrooms, and mattresses. The comforter is filthy, they just change the cover, not the comforter itself. 4. Bad tap water - brown color dirty water from taps. 5. Damaged fixtures in the room - TV has no visuals, just audio. The intercom is broken. 6. Non-existent hot water - we tried for an hour, but no luck. Most of us couldn’t even take a bath. 7. If we wish to use a room warmer, they'll bill us separately even though we're paying over 6500 rupees per night for a room. 8. No restaurants in the hotel, so we’ll have to depend on food delivery platforms for even breakfast. 9. If booked online, they’ll call and message frequently to make the payment in advance and threaten to cancel the booking in 24 hours if not paid. 10. We left the very next day even though we paid for 2 rooms for 2 days. And they don’t care about why. We didn’t even bother to ask for any refunds. All we wanted was to leave the place immediately. We believe the good reviews here are either paid or forcefully acquired. If you want to know more, check out all the negative reviews in Google Maps. Those seem to be from genuine unhappy customers. To the owner & management: Understand this - We don’t know you personally, so we don’t have any reason to hurt your business or you intentionally. All we care about is getting at least a moderately good experience from our vacation and a so-called premium hotel like this.

Stayed at Beverly villa for our honeymoon. Staffs are excellent and helpful. Beautiful view along with the balcony. Perfect room for a honeymoon couple.

very difficult without breakfast, Much time taken to go out and having breakfast so that reduced the time to explore Ooty. Hot water only after wasting 3..4..buckets of water that also only in bath tap.

Only con was that the economy room was very small in size and no natural light inside room as the window faces a wall.
