Space outside. Excellent location. Everything you would want in the property.

The Location is great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. The house is quite small, but has everything you need. We liked it a lot (family of 4). Filipe is the one who welcomes you and does it with a big smile. He goes all out to make your stay a pleasant one. He even helped me with getting a police report (damage to the rental car), really a great person!

The hygiene isn't that good. Especially the showers could do with better cleaning.

- Despite mentioning of 3 bed rooms on the Booking.com website, in our mind the house is not at all suited for larger families with more than 4 persons - much less for two families with 7 persons in total. The main reasons are room space and lack of privacy (especially bedrooms without door knobs and the tiny toilet/shower cabins). Just the simple task of storing our luggage somewhere already posed quite a challenge on us. -The pool was so dirty that we could not use it even once, even after complaining about it. This is not a matter of using a pool net, a pool needs to be vacuumed regularly and/or covered during the day. -Some windows could not be opened at all. -The bath rooms are not actually bath rooms but simply toilets with a shower, which is not stated that way on the website and is very inconvenient for families with kids/babies. In summary we see the biggest issue in the difference of the way the house is represented on the booking.com website (text and photos) versus how the actual house is equipped.

The location was perfect and very close to Porto and other communities around the area. We took the train into Porto and drove the car to other nearby cities of interest.

The bathroom wasn't shown in the pictures and it said two bathrooms. Since I live in the USA I thought the baths would be in separate places. For example one upstairs and one down. The showers and the toilets were together with one sink in the middle. It wasn't exactly what I expected but we all adjusted.
