the room is big and comfortable.

The bed bugs were a horrific sight to see.

there was no soap, no tissues and not even dry milk for tea. worst place I have stayed at. and the whole hoise had weird smell. No plates given to us either. i mean don't they know that people eat????? broken cupboards. i know its cheap but seriously can't even afford milk?

Value for money

There was no contact with the owner, not even through telephone. We had to exchange sms messages via phone. Bathroom could have been cleaner, there was no soap. There are some parking places in front of the house (2 or 3), but they were taken, so I had to park in the street, and relatively far from the property.

Easy to get to Luton airport.

Very loud traffic noise from the road - out of the hosts control.

The problen was that someone thought i set the alatm off. It was someone's burt toast thst set the slarm off. In any case i wad told not to use the kitchen The live in cleaner seemed not to want me there in the first place I was askef to leave and missed a dsys sleep. I would demand a night's payment returned for this reason.

The location was very good for my reasons for travel

check in time was 14:00 but received the check in details later then that after numerous phone calls with out response and there’s lady in the property who treats other like her kids.

Ther was no break least even though the booking said there will be breakfasts.

The locality was industrial and not ideal for residential stay. The house was substandard with no service. Hygien was the poorest I’ve ever seen. House is mixed with private tenants and fights broke out while my family and I were in our room.

The advert said there is a car park. There was a drive for two cars and it was full. I had to look for parking half a mile away in the middle of the night in a place I don't know after a long flight. I only booked for having a car park space, but that was a let down. They could have said that there is limited parking and notify Guest where exactly can they park. Then I would have been prepared for that. The guest house is on a very busy road with double lines, so you can't even leave the car for a moment to check the place. Nobody answered the mobile phone when I called to ask where exactly are the keys ( not lit up for night time). If a current guest didnt came out to show me ( only by chance) I would have never found the key box.

In general very dirty smelly place. Someone was cooking and the whole house was smelling disgusting.. the fridge in the room doesn’t work ! Don’t stay there !

Clean Bright Easy access Good value for money

Very close to main road with lots of traffic including ambulance/police car every 3-5 mins. Would not have minded if I was on my own but made it a bit difficult with children.
