Complimentary coffee ☕️ was excellent and ready early every morning. The conch cevech was served in a conch shell and conch spoon, which tasted great! Raymond's bar drinks were top notch. Everyone was friendly and made us feel like family and welcome. Loved the quiet location and sunset views from our balcony.
Couldn't find a thing we didn't like and can't wait to come back.

We very much enjoyed our four days at Lina Point. David welcomed us as we got settled into our bungalow. The room was perfect for our needs - we had two days of excursions and two days exploring the nearby area. Highlight for me and my partner was the private deck with plunge pool and hammock. Despite temperatures in mid-80s, the roof and breeze kept us very comfortable.
David's recommended and affiliated tour guide was a great match. Our daytrip to mainland Belize to visit Altun Ha and then cave tubing at Nohoch Che'en went smoothly. Wonderful experience!!!
Foodwise, we enjoyed two meals at on-site "Hooked" - one breakfast and one dinner. I recommend the Belizean Breakfast with fry jacks and Hamburger. Consumed great drinks during the day too at the pool bar. And nice to have coffee each morning provided at the reception area.
The only surprise was bathroom related and disposal of toilet paper. We understood the instructions and became comfortable with the process...it was just a surprise initially.

Very unique location over the water and amenities were perfect for a romantic night in to relax and enjoy the private plunge pool, hammock, and big bathtub.
Was a little hard to find via gps, but once we figured it out, it was fine.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle but 10 minutes away from everything San Pedro has to offer. The sunsets where spectacular and the juvenile tarpon swimming under the cabanas were awesome.

Quiet, the cabanas with windows in the floor were great. The private pool at the cabana was a nice surprise with a very private deck area for a great view of the stars. Staff was super friendly as well!
Nothing!

Cook and Bartender were amazingand as was the cleaning staff. The Mgr was very helpful and accommodating, anniversary presentation was on point, my wife loved it.
Hotel is older and a bit dated, bed was comfortable but noisy due to wood frame, swimming was not an option due to Jellyfish and Alligators that have made the waters their home. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart as hotel is a good distance from San Pedro.

Location is good. Very central to everything on the island. Secluded and surrounded by water.
We were in a second floor room. Nothing exceptional. pretty basic.

the staff, the location
the company used for tours is fantastic!
the pictures are a little outdated at least for the honeymoon suite. the website could be updated some of the information for the tours which is a separate company is not correct, like the prices, etc.

Our cleaning lady was amazing.
We were charged 300 more than the quote on booking with all the taxes. The bungalow was nice and staff was great but for 2900.00 we could have done an all inclusive somewhere. Just to expensive.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. David, the manager, was always responsive and informative, from the beginning till the very end.
About a 20-minute walk from downtown. If you are looking for a quieter place, like I did, definitely check them out.

I loved everything about the property, it was clean, quiet, comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

I liked that the hotel advertised they offer “outdoor water equipment” but unfortunately it was a lie 😠
What the hotel called a terrace was actually an unswept area on the roof w a moldy hammock and an empty beer can. The manager made me wait there while they changed me to another room because of a large broken window, outside door wouldn’t lock, security risk and a broken TV.
Later while sitting on my 1st floor balcony a man that came into the hotel for a drink and decided to urinate literally 2 ft away from where I was sitting. I went to the manager and ask him to make the man leave but the manager refused, saying he was a paying customer. I was humiliated and scared, the man who urinated in plain sight off the pool deck was not a hotel guest but allowed to use the pool, bar area and restaurant. I felt frightened by the type of people the hotel welcomed off the streets and felt unsafe to use the hotel facilities
The gross bed linens haven’t been replaced since the 70’s, loud ac unit, stained and lumpy pillows, cold showers w thin warn towels and a broken TV all for $175 fees not included.
This place is a pit and it should NOT be advertised on Booking.com!! I am currently disputing the hotel charges and do not recommend this place to anyone!

Very unique location that offered great access for activities and to San Pedro Town. David was very helpful in arranging a hopper flight from the airport in Belize City to the island. The shuttle service was prompt for pick-up at the airport on the island and the driver provided a great tour on route to the resort. A shuttle was also provided to take us to the water taxi terminal upon our departure from the island. David was also very accessible to provide additional information prior to our trip regarding electrical outlets and tour activities. Meals were very reasonable priced and the food was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The mosquitoes! But we appreciate that is out of control of the resort and our pre-trip research had prepared us for the inevitable. Everything at the resort was great!

We did really like the location of this property being centrally located on the north side and back by some houses. It felt very safe. Liked the different view of the lagoon versus the ocean and the pool area on the property was inviting. Also liked having the ability to park the golf cart right outside our door and having separate bedroom and living space. Having a fridge, wifi, air conditioning, and bottled water at all times was a huge plus.
As nice as it was to have the kitchen it was missing some key essentials including wine glasses, wine opener, and wash cloths/towels for that area and any time we tried to open or move the curtain over the sink the whole thing fell down.
The bedroom lighting would be better if it had some kind of dimmable light or a table lamp as it was all or nothing.
Was really excited to have the see-through floors but they were all foggy/dirty and we couldn't see anything.
We had an all-day excursion planned and needed to meet the guide up by the entrance to the area this property is located out on the main road. We asked if someone from the resort could drive us up there so we didn't have to leave our golf cart up there the whole day and they said they would not be able to do that unless we booked an excursion with them.
Just overall not a lot of 'love' or 'pride' or attention to details in this resort. Lightbulb out on the closet area, some of the towels and floor mats were torn, never replaced or removed the dead flowers that were there the day we checked in, took our beach towels but didn't give us new ones, the sheets had a funky odor, safe never worked, and just not well-kept.

Loved the staff and the facility. I was able to get everything I was looking for and even for the items I was not able to find, they were able to direct me to the right place or person
The only ding on the location is that it is recommended that you access a club car to get to or from the property. While it is walkable from the downtown area, the sidewalks can be narrow at times and the gravel road that lead off from the main paved road can be a bit hazardous if wearing sandals.

The overall experience was amazing
There were lot of mosquitoes outside the room on the wall and quite a few got in the room and my partner got multiple stings.

Staying in a Lina Point cabin was the highlight of our trip. We stayed only one night as a treat (staying elsewhere for our other nights) and so spent the entire time in the cabin. The glass bottom floor was so exciting, especially at night when a light at the bottom showed all the fish. We also had a brilliant time watching the sunset from our hammock/swing and having a late night swim in the private pool. A beautiful property which made for a very special visit. The staff were also so kind - a lovely welcome drink, tasty dinner, taxis in and out of the property and we were even allowed to check out later! Fully recommend staying at this property.
We did most of our activities and exploring of the island from our other hotel, but would say this property is slightly distant from the restaurants / beaches (which for us was very nice as it was very quiet)

Great location, very quiet. Room was large and clean with great views. Breakfast was delicious.
The hosts coordinated with my girlfriend to setup a surprise room decoration and cake for me! Very accommodating and just a great place to stay.
The top floor room flooded our 3rd night! About 2cm of water all throughout. May have been a drainage issue. Nothing was really damaged and we were moved to a different room for the final night.
Right before departure there were issues with the transportation to the airport! We were still able to make it to the airport with plenty of time to spare, but it was a little stressful.

Nothing.
