Perfect location, great view and all the facilities for a comfortable stay. With good transport links to get around. Great response and fast communication with the owner and the Caretaker. Friendly, helpful Security on the entrance and main desk.

Minor issue, but did not effect my stay. Small Cockroaches must have been in all of the building, as the facilities team came to deal with them one morning. Avoid the trike riders outside who are not honest and will rip you off even if you are Filipino. Not a negative for myself, but to some it might be. Be aware it is a Student area close to the University and the building is mainly rented to students, so the lifts can be busy at times.

The view from the window is fantastic: sunset, cityline, sports oval. The unit is clean and smells good. Netflix + reliable wifi!

It's a small room, but very comfortable. It has everything you need. Everything you need is within walking distance. I've stayed there twice and would do it again.

The only drawback is some taxi drivers don't going there because of the traffic.

Everything was nice. The room was a little small but overall it was comfortable to stay. The location is really near to the MRT so it’s easy to roam around

Only the payment was the issue, a little difficult and need to pay deposit.
