My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. The home was clean and very comfortable. The only issue or complaint we had was the pool was not clean at all but as soon as we contacted the host they had someone out within 15 mins to clean the pool for us. Grocery store across road and several restaurants close by. Only 1 mile to Pier Park.

Amazing home that is so close to everything. Pier park was just a short walk down the road. The walk to the beach is extremely close to the property and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would highly recommend for multiple families.

Lots of room, great location, easy to find!

Owners are great, they let us check-in early. Location was good for us, quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was absolutely fantastic! The location, size, and materials provided made everything perfect. If we ever come back as a large group again, we would definitely look into this house again! We all appreciate everything!

Enjoy and relax

It was fantastic!!! Everything a family could want. Kids loved and parents loved it. Pool pump started going out and they were out there and fixed it without delay. Granddaughters 15th birthday and searched everywhere for a cake designed as Miraculous LadyBug couldn’t find one but found enough to decorate a cake from Walmart. It was wonderful. Tried to send photo but couldn’t. Thanks so much!!!!!

On arrival, the A/C was not working. Within the hour, the technician was there and fixed it. This was on a SUNDAY. Needless to say, we were really happy with this place. 6 adults with plenty of room and stocked with nice equipment. Thanks for a top shelf time.

We were in town for a family event. We had people coming fr all over the country. The house was awesome and the location was really convenient. Check in was easy and the lister was responsive. I would recommend this house for any family or group who is willing to stay a block off the beach.

We all loved everything about it!

I’ve been to Panama City Beach several times and this has been one of my favorite stays. We traveled with a large family and had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the game room and heated pool. There were plenty of pool toys to go around... I spend most of my time in the kitchen when we vacation and I’ll say this felt just like home. I wasn’t missing anything when cooking for the family. They had basically anything you would need for a week long stay.... or even longer if you wanted. Probably the best stocked house that I have ever been on vacation. The beach was super close and took no time getting there on the golf- carts. Plenty of space to Park three vehicles and two golf-carts in front. Any issue that we had, it was quickly addressed. They ONLY thing that I would recommend for a better stay is to place a mattress topper (3-4 inches) on the king bed upstairs. After the first night, we realized the mattress would be way to firm for our stay. We decided to purchase a mattress topper from Target and it made the bed 100% more comfortable. Of course we took the topper with us when we left, but it would be a relatively cheap solution if the owners decided to soften up the bed some. Even with the uncomfortable bed, I would recommend the stay to anyone planning a trip to PCB.

Great stay overall!

This property was beautiful! I loved having our own personal pool. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time. The walk to the beach was only like 5 minutes and it was a great location from restaurants and shopping!

We loved the pool and our stay as a whole. We definitely would book this again. Highly recommend it. They had everything you need in the house. Our only feedback is that they need to do a little TLC on the game tables. Other than that it’s a great place and a great location.

We had an amazing experience at this property.

Mrs. Misty is great with communication, which started way before it was even time for our trip. Any problems I had, she understood them an was willing to help in anyway. She was fast at replying too. So sweet to talk to. Their home is everything it says it is and more. Every family member loved it, no complaints. Okay rewind there was 1 complaint (you always got that one lol) N that was the pool table because there was some wear and tear but after they realized they could still play on it they were fine. It just feels so welcoming an you really do not have to get anything besides your food for your stay. Im not going to tell everything because im telling you, you need to check it out your selfs and I promise you will not be disappointed. It was so hard trying to get my family out because no one wanted to leave ha but I'd recommend this beautiful place to everyone I knew would take care of it as their own, in a heartbeat. Big shout out to the host for doing such a great job. Will definitely be back(:

This house was perfect to have fun on a rainy day , and unfortunately the first 2 days of over vacation it rained all day long , so we didn't get to beach . But, fortunately there was stuff for everyone to do at the house, lot of fun games, xbox , air hockey , pool table .. and of course a beautiful heated pool ! . we had fun hanging out , playing games , cooking and eating in this home . House was well cleaned and fully stocked with everything we needed , it is a short 5 mins walk to the picturesque gulf beach .Only challenge was crossing beach front toddlers and traffic .Misty was very helpful and quick to respond, anytime we reached out to her. Thank you for having us in your house, we had a great time at this house .

The home was PERFECT for our Ironman Florida vacation. We had 3 families stay, which included 5 children and 7 adults. It was perfect for our group! The house was lovely, great layout. The kids stayed occupied in the pool, game room, or in the bunk bed room watching TV. I think they loved the bunk room the best! Many memories were made in the home over the weekend. I had two small property questions and the owners replied with solutions in minutes. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Will plan to stay there again next year. Thanks!!

The property is absolutely beautiful, equipped with anything you may possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable, games to keep children occupied was a huge bonus. The owners Misty and Mike are extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area!

During these difficult times it was really nice to have our own private pool where we did not have to social distance with our immediate family. We also enjoyed the close proximity of places to eat for curbside takeout. We had no difficulty getting delivery of groceries as well to the house. We felt very safe and secure at this home. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey as well for family competitions. We will definitely be coming back
