Das Frühstücksbüffet war gegen 10.00 Uhr bereits recht reduziert, insbesondere Aufschnitt und Eier wurden nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Staff were extremely welcoming on arrival. Room spotlessly clean.

Centrally controlled heat meant room was a bit hot and needed to leave window open to regulate temperature.

Very nice and beautiful room, very clean and comfortable.

the location is not near the center of Zürich. they offer you a parking for 25CHF which is very expensive. also there are no parking spots nearby, the closest is 10 mins away.

Breakfast was not included so we didn't partake. Room is small but bed was comfortable. It was a good location for the stadium as we were there for a concert.

I arrived at 12pm after a long trip and even though the room was ready, they wanted to charge me 30CHF an hour until 3pm because I came in too early. When I just wanted to do the check in so I could run to a convention until late in the evening. This made absolutely no sense to me. One thing is to guarantee a room only from 3pm, but if it is already ready, why no going the extra mile for the comfort of the customer like any other hotel worldwide??

Asking for a deposit, i am visiting for work and have no plans of causing any damage, if the request continues on other visots i will find a alternative hotel.
