The host was super attentive and generous. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. The room is spacious, located right in the center. Ideal space to stay if you are staying in Colmar!!

Perfect location in the old part of Colmar. Excellent host. Big and light apartment. Perfect for a family.

A bit slow wifi. Door in the shower was broken but it will be fixed (said the host). The pipes in the shower may be fixed since the water flooded in the shower.

Dejan's apartment is absolutely recommendable! Right in the city center, everything you need to live within walking distance (both shopping and restaurants, unfortunately difficult to get a good table in the best restaurants without a reservation) Private and secure parking in the garage (you should not be afraid of the dark), where you have enough space to park, also with a SUV (just beware of low ceiling parts, e.g. when opening the rear trunk). Nearby direct elevator from the parking lot/entrance straight up to the apartment, perfect, also recommended for seniors, you don't have to climb any stairs anywhere. The communication, handover, inspection and handling with Dejan was absolutely flawless and uncomplicated. A very kind and caring host. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The fine wine glasses are not found in the kitchen, but in the foyer to the living room. Dejan is a modest soul and only when asked did we learn about his family's restaurant. No Alsace cuisine, but excellent Balkan cuisine with real good food. All in all, it's the perfect apartment if you seek a spacious apartment with parking space in the heart of Colmar.

Just little things: At the shower cubicle was a folding door defective, but even with only one door you can help yourself well enough (the repair was ordered, but not carried out before our departure). Under the landmark roof quite some heat is generated on warmer days, but this can be compensated with the several fans and especially the generously sized rooms. Other than that, the apartments furnishing and eqipment is not luxurious but functional at a very fair price - that should be kept in mind.

Central location, appartment on highest floor, so very calm.

Some things don't function properly - door of shower box - no full size mirror - fan is not working well

The house is well located, very close to the historical center. Quiet and well lit.

An easy to use coffee machine was not available for the mornings, nor was there a selection of kitchen glasses (no glasses for water or wine, just champagne which was very inconvenient). Also, host not very helpful when initially tried to understand how to make coffee from available equipment. Eventually was told by the host that I had to procure expensive capsules to make coffee. House should have simple and cheap coffee machine (moka, filter or press) which just requires ground coffee and water to make morning coffee. Also, while some parts of the house were clean, others were rather dirty, including toilet and comforters.

Excellent central location. Apartment is lovely, well-appointed and convenient. Host met us to help get us settled and recommended a few restaurants nearby. A great stay!

Center of city, private parking, friendly host

We are five grandmothers touring France. Dejuan was an excellent host and helped us with our luggage and parking.

The apartment has it own garage, so you don't have to bother with the parking. Great location in the cities old quarter, very close to everything in Colmar.

Nothing really. Only thought was that in the summer, being on the top floor under the roof, it might be hot as there is no air conditioning. But for our stay in April, it was perfect.

Our host Dejan was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived late on Sat night due to some delays but Dejan was so kind to wait for us and even warmed the apartment up before we arrived. The location of the apartment is right at the centre of the old town with lots of bars and restaurants around.

The drain of the shower was a bit blocked, and the toilet could benefit from a deeper cleaning.

- Super close, well actually in the heart of Colmar, but still easily accessible by car - The size of the apartment was perfect, we had more than enough space - We arrived with a non walking toddler and are therefore focused and dependent on the cleaness of the floor and it was super neat and tidy - The apartment was completely quiet - The kitchen was nicely equipped - A lot of towels were provided for showering, the shower head had a good water power - Handover of the keys was easy with a nice gentlemen: Even we had turn off our mobiles when he tried to call us in advance, he just passed by within a handful of minutes as we called to explain us the apartment and give us the key As a plus: We as well liked the handful Cuba Details of the decoration

I can not find anything to complain

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the old town. The appartment is spacious and has everything you need. Parking was really useful.

There was nothing really.

Location was just perfect and underground parking was so convenient.

There was no shampoo or soap in the appartment.

The apt. is at the rooftop with a fantastic view across Colmar's historic roofs. The elevator was great help. The beds were really comfortable, the shower/ bathroom very new and well-kept. There is no parking fee on Sundays/ bank holidays on the street. The apt. is a 3 min walk away from Little Venice and the historic city centre.

The toilet was stained. The entrance to the apt. building looks different! The apt. looks nice from inside but isn't shown on booking.com.

Location perfect for city tour, lots of space with comfortable furnishings. Underground on site parking and a friendly helpful host host.

Refrigerator needs to be replaced.
