Good value hotel with great views of the river, comfortable bed and close to the night market. It’s quiet with parking available across the street.

Great Location, close to every main attraction in Luang Prabang Room is practical size but with good shower and soft bed. Breakfast quite limited menu but it was OK.

The room was very clean, with nice terrace facing the river. Comfortable beds and the bathroom was spacious too.The best part was having staff around giving us advice n detail direction daily as , where to eat etc..He was super friendly n we definitely enjoyed staying at this place.

Great location 5 mins from the main street. friendly, helpful staff. Great restaurant Dyen Sabai across the river right opposite the hotel. Catch a little boat to get there.

The hotel is great, its in the perfect location beside the bamboo bridge. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay, which is walkable to the center, than this is it.

Location and price fantastic, very clean room and bathroom setup. A lovely touch to serve breakfast on the terrace. Nice for a change for shower and toilet facilities to be separate.

Staff was quick to find a solution when we pointed out their mistake with the room. The room was very clean, had everything we needed and was in a very good location.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room with twin beds, while we booked a double. When we underlined the mistake, the staff brought us to another hotel, which was still being finished, where we ended up staying. The other room was quite nice, and after a bit of miscommunication the staff managed to provide us with a key for the room (they installed the lock on the spot). Further, we paid for breakfast included in the booking but never received this service.

The room was quite small and needed some repairs; such as broken drawers that were non usable. Ordering breakfast was difficult probably due to the language barrier

The location is hard to beat. The hotel overlooks the languid waters of the Name Khan River and the traffic along the Kingkitsarath Rd is much quieter than through town or along the Mekong. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Take any of the short alleyways either side of the hotel and you have immediate access to the monks' procession and the French bakeries and khaesoy noodle shops that line Sakkaline Rd. The best cocktail bar in Asia is just around the corner - Artisan Bar. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast in the early morning sun is not too be missed.

Some people may find the room a little dark as there's no external windows. The shower is spacious but the shower heads could do with replacing as they leaked water around the sides but really this is a minor quibble.

Located on a quiet street next to the bamboo bridge. It’s the best view in the city in my opinion. Rooms were clean, hot shower, and good wifi. staff were very friendly and I would recommend others to stay here.

Once I got to the property I was told it was full and I was moved to a friend’s guest house nearby. I was charged the original price of 45$ for a very very basic place.

perfect . We would recommend to everyone + It is a perfect spot for your stay in Luangprabang. I stayed there with my partner for two nights and we were given fresh water and coffee free of charge everyday. Also, while we were checking in we were given free welcome drinks. Breakfast is included and there are a lot of delicious options to choose from. I particularly loved the banana milkshake and the banana pancake. The owner was also really friendly and devoted to his job. Incredible service.
