Organising refund is extremely painful, even when it clearly states- free cancellation, the property apparently has a ‘no refund policy’ - very misleadinc

A very clean house. Comfy beds with large bathrooms off both bedrooms.
Open fire was very cosy.
Maybe some form of heating in the bathrooms as tiled floors were cold.
We really had no issues with this property.
