Location from the train station, easy walk to main attractions, super friendly and helpful staff, big room with high ceilings, amenities, toiletries, cleanliness, comfy bed and pillows. We couldn't fault anything during our stay.

During the night, you can hear noise from the outside. People talking/drinking or people walking passed the hotel being loud. The sound echos, so if are a light sleeper bring your ear plugs!

The breakfast is good and the hotel is near the airport bus/taxi station.

There is no rack to place the luggage and the bed is too soft. I also heard nosie (music and yell) even in midnight.

It was a very nice, modern, quiet hotel with all the facilities I needed.I would like to stay there again!

Hotel is very comfortable, location is very close to train station, walk is long to main atractions, but very enjoyable.

check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful when we left luggage with them after a very early checkout at the end of our stay.

breakfast area was a bit fragmented because of the geometry of the space allocated. Meant there was a lot of criss-crossing between serving areas when making selection of breakfast goods. No coffee machine (or even kettle and tea bags) in the room.

Loved the view of the canal. However, it can get noisy after midnight.

The fact that there was no coffee making facilities was poor.

Nice location close to the transportation or every important tourist attraction. The room and the bed are comfortable. Our room was bright and very quiet canal view. Breakfast was an excellent Italian taste.

The internet was overpriced and awful.

modernised and relatively new hotel clean cosy room with comfortable beddings had a junior suite and came with two double beds. and the washroom comes with two wash basins. comfortable with full length windows. we had another room with some views of the canal. bright cheery rooms which we like about 15 mins walk from the train stations. less crowded area so everything is so calm and peaceful great selection for breakfast. served so prettily.

Although the hotel looks very modern! So my 1st impression was great. The food at the hotel was great. I can defo vouch for it

Our room at 220 had moulded silicone n grout in the bathroom esp on the glass panel for the bath tub, the room had a stench, and there was a lack of hot water on the room! The bed was not comfortable in any way shape or form and dont get me started on the pillows! Because we were there for 3 nights and I had unpacked I couldn't be asked to go complain as I'd have to pack and repack.

- Bathroom had a strong cigarette odor. - The emergency alarm was activated about 5 times during the last night. Could not sleep. - Wi-Fi connection was poor. Extra payment was required to upgrade the speed.

There were NO wash cloths to wash your face and no bars of soap.
