Don’t hesitate to book Villa Kyyhkynen if you’re looking for a place to stay in Rovaniemi, and want the privacy of a villa as opposed to a hotel. The villa was perfect for our family of 5 and in beautiful location from where we could go for lots of lovely walks , yet convenient to go into city when needed. It was spotlessly clean, and well equipped in every way . And a very responsive owner!! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

The house was perfect. Great location, peaceful in the woods but close to the city (car recommended). Spotlessly clean, cosy and warm. All facilities you need are included. Host was extremely helpful with information. We were travelling with a 2 year old and they included a highchair, potty, bathroom/kitchen step plus travel cot, all extremely useful and appreciated.

Quite a steep staircase. Just a note for elderly people or families with young children.

The house is confortable, beatiful and located in a calm area surrounded by the forest with walking trails to enjoy the nature. There is a supermarket no far to the house and Rovaniemi center is a 4-5 min by car, so is easy to access to the city Services. It Is also close to Santa Claus Village (5 min by car aprox). The house was neat an tidy. Everything were clean. Towels, sheets and duvets were new. The kitchen is complete, the house has washing machine and dry machine. The house share a wall with 1 neighrbour house, it was not a problem for me but I didn't realized through the advisment. I have stayed several times in Rovaniemi, and this was the best accomodation that I have had. My daugthers had fun sledding in the house's yard. Everything is close but is necessary to have a car. I loves it, I will come back! .

The TVs are not smart and the available channels were mostly in Finnish. It would be good to have the possibility to watch TV in other languages (at least in english).

Clean, feel like in home. The Best apartment which was booked via Booking. 100% recommended.
