Es waren super nette Inhaber und man konnte dort auch sehr gut chinesisch essen - durfte man sogar aufs Zimmer nehmen.Man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Und, daß es einen Kühlschrank gab auf dem Zimmer war klasse!

Leider waren die Betten ein wenig zu weich. Ansonsten reicht es, wenn man eh viel unterwegs ist.

Having stayed at three and four star hotels on our cycling tour, we had no choice but to stay in Zeewolde with its limited options for accommodation. We expected little from the description”Budget”. However, we found our room was nicely maintained, clean and spacious. The owner was unbelievably helpful and most accommodating. Checking in at a Chinese takeaway was a novel experience.

Zeewolde is a bit of a soulless “modernish” place. The hotel did not make any claims or pretensions above its “budget” description. As such we knew we had to accept things such as a lack of a view, bar and restaurant (plenty of options nearby though) so no basis for complaints there, but air conditioning would have been great on what was a very warm night. The fan in the room helped. However, we couldn’t reasonably have expected to get aircon for such an incredible low price.

Room space is way too small. 2 single beds may not be necessary, especially for solo/business travelers.

No comments. My motorbike 🏍 broke down and I had to change my plans. I called to explain, no answer, I left a voice message, no reply, I contacted Booking. Com to explain my situation and they did there best to get a refund but it was refused!!!! Bad karma,, hotel flevo
