The man that checked me is a racist....he didn't give me information.... he gave me key and asked me to go out of the building and look for the hotel because the hotel is not in the same place as check-in... no breakfast...

Clean apartment with all the equipment you could need. Decent beds. Powerful shower. Positioned in a walkable distance from the historic centre.

the kitchen items is not enough & looks dirty . so we still have to wash & clean properly . The receptionist are all good , but of them looks rude to explain things .

Rude staff and filthy deplorable facilities. From the dark unlit hallway cluttered with paint tins and other rubbish, the dirty mouldy bathroom and lack of basic bedding,

-multiple light globes not working -plastic burnt on iron which unbeknownst to us transferred to our clothes -blocked toilet, shower & basin - -dirty walls & stains -lack of air conditioning resulting in a stifling atmosphere upon arrival -rude staff who when we arrived earlier than our check-in time and told we couldn’t access our room (which was fine) left our passports and our luggage including $20,000 worth of jewellery unguarded in reception for the day. Additionally when asked for basic guides gave us incorrect information. hand basin cabinet falling apart

Unit that we chose (apartment with 2 bedrooms) was great, very clean, comfortable, at good location and with option to park car near in hotel garage. Fully recommend.

The apartments were in a good location, they were good as price - they are affordable, and they had OK amenities. If you look to stay on a budget, it is a good option.

It was not too clean. Dishes, bathroom, table, chairs - dust could be found everywhere. Dishwasher was not working in one of the apartments. The furniture was old - the leather was peeling of the chairs. It needs replacing. The kitchen aspirator was missing from both apartments. There were some dishes and forks, but they were different and some were missing - we barely could find enough to have dinner. The door on one of the apartments had a lock which was not working. The parking was paid - on the hotel or on the street, both paid.

The house was clean, and everything was well organized and working properly as it should be.

We were 5 people and we selected an apartment for 5, but selected 3 guests by mistake. The receptionist were very helpful with the update when we arrived.

The apartment isn't comfortable very poor furnishing.

We were very satisfied with the apartment . It was spacious ,renovated and very comfortable for 6 persons . It was even better than in the photos . Two bathrooms and large sitting -dining area for extra comfort . All in all , we would love to stay again !

The only two things we did not like : -the receptionist was not too friendly and the check in process took more than expected . -the surface of the ceiling inside the one bedroom was in terrible condition (large pieces of plaster/paint missing)

had so much potential. nice building and staircase and elevator. apartment itself was clean and nice enough. bath shower worked perfectly. Staff were kind and helpful.

The front door lock needs to be fixed/converted to top condition. The wifi was horrible, very slow to none. The stove was not working. AC units broken and/or they said not allowed to be turned on (but not declared in their listing?). Our bed (room near living area) might have bedbugs because we wake up with bites on our bodies. TV was not a smart TV to cast videos or music (but this is not such a big deal to us). No small amenities like shampoo soap etc — for the price they asked for they should at least provide these basic stuff. We were very very disappointed because it was really far from value for money. Although the place looked nice in general, the main necessities like wifi, stove, AC etc did not work properly or at all :( Save for Maurizio who was very kind to us, I feel bad about this booking because I lost money over something I feel is not worth it.

We had a good one night stay. Would book again if ever in Bologna.

No complaints at all.

The location was excellent, so easy to reach all the pain sightseeing points. Apartment was cozy and just the right size. Lots of storage that was very useful. Kitchen was also fully equipped so we could even make our own breakfast.

The only thing was missing - shelves in the bathroom, apart of that we were very happy with our choice of the apartment and we will certainly book it again when we are in the area.

Good location, across from one of the best rated restaurants in Bologna. Short walking distance to busy areas, restaurants and shops.

The apartment was incredibly hot and we couldn't figure out the air conditioning. We didn't contact the hotel front desk but I'm sure they would have helped if we had.
