It is a little out of the way.

10 min drive to Sigiriya Rock

Pool water was bit unclear due to rain water overflowing by lawn near by.

Location is good. And also at that time we are the only visitor in the hotel, therefore we have full freedom to do any thighs as we wish.

No more food option prepared for us due to the on more visitors at that time. But they prepared which we were requested.

Still they are not proper arranged the property.

If you want to go to restaurants you need a tuk tuk for 3km

very friendly and nice staff, good breakfast, super close to Pidurangala Rock and pretty close to Sigiriya. You can find everything you need in the room. I also asked for hair dryer in the reception and it was given. No mosquitos in the room. Recommend this place to stay

There was a bit mold on some walls, but not critical due to hight humidity in Sri Lanka

All the meals were very tasty .Location is very good because there is a natural jungle area in front of hotel. We can see various kinds of birds .Hotel swimming pool and other areas of hotel very attractive .Hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.Vehicle parking area also having big trees and we can park vehicles under very shady area. Very near(only few km) to Historical "Seegiriya" rock. We will come back when we come to Seegiriya.

We loved the calm environment, friendly staff and easy access to Sigiriya. Also, the Hotel manager was helpful friendly and set us up for a safari.

It is a wonderful and calm place with complete freedom for us to enjoy whole day in a very pleasant environment. The pool was very clean and only few of us there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is average but you can have a customized menu and the staff is ready to entertain all our requests. Rooms, washrooms and towels are super clean and well maintained. There is a nice tank in front of the property and we had a walk along the bund early in the morning. I have no hesitation to visit them again and recommend to anyone who needs a peaceful and clean place to stay and enjoy the trip.

It is perfectly alright for us. There is nothing we dislike in the property. Signals are weak, but they are generous to provide free wifi.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Superb location with a difficult road which is full of wild elephants.

The pool was very dirty, when we were about to check out, someone came to clean the pool. WiFi was not working in the hotel. TV in room no. 1002 had only 3 channels, all other rooms had good reception. Bad odor in the water. Water drainage is not working properly in room "1002".
