Whether getting away for a beach vacation, golf trip, exploring the town of Surfside Beach or moving your child into college-this property is perfect and full of amenities. The host was very patient with my many questions. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend it!

This is a 5+ star getaway. From the moment of booking, Dawn was in communication w/me. She was very accommodating to every need we had & the condo was amazing. It was as immaculate as it was beautiful. Stocked w/cooking utensils, games linens & anything you may need. Parking & location were ideal for anything & everything . Indoor & outdoor pools are gated & awesome!! Beds were so comfortable! I look forward to staying here again! Book this gem!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

In town for a baseball tournament and multiple families from our team rented in this complex. It was a great option with a lot of activities and an overall great location. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo!! It was a great spot on the complex -walking distance to the pools, golf course and mini golf course. It also has a pickle ball court and sand volleyball area. The pool area is very nice! The unit was super clean and so adorable. It has all the necessities for cooking, baking and extras (board games, books, cards).
The unit is about a 4 min drive to the beach. Beach parking is only $2/hr or $10/for the day if you rent when the golf cart shuttle isn't available (non summer). The beach area also has bathrooms available near the parking.
Their condo is on the main floor and sitting on the porch was so relaxing with the pond and fountain noise. We would definitely rent from them again! Very nice people to rent from.

Wonderful place!
The condo was perfect! Everything you could need to enjoy a stay at the beach!! Including a cooler for your picnic. The property is lovely and the condo was exactly as described. If anything, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool area was great with a nice big outdoor pool. Dawn was very helpful with timely communications. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Getaway
We’ve never rented a condo like this. Some fear of not being able to get in or having problems and not being able to get in touch with anyone. This was far from the scenario. The information was texted E-mailed a few days prior. East access; clean quarters. Beds all made with fresh towels. We should have looked it over a little better before we went to the store. We hardly needed any item, but food. We were able to contact owner via text and, she answered timely. And, if Idbtaken the time to read the info page sent to me we could have avoided those phone calls😂 Over all, very easy and pleasant stay.

Looking for a great place to stay near the beach?
My husband and I were very impressed with our stay at this property. Unpacking the car when we arrived was so simple, as this property is on the first floor and only steps away from the parking lot. The property owner always answered our questions in a timely way. We were so happy with our stay at this property that we hope to stay there next summer!

Great Home Base
Dawn's condo was everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted a comfortable and spacious place to head back to after a long day of games. We were very happy with space, beds, furniture, kitchen, and patio. Laundry room was a plus. The condo was close to everything we needed and easy access to the main roads. I would recommend staying at Dawn's place if you are staying in Myrtle Beach.

A trip to remember
I cannot say enough about this property. The pictures did not do this property justice. It was clean, plenty of room, and the location was perfect. We have rented condos in the past and I have never ever been more pleased with a condo as I was with this stay. From booking to check out everything was super easy. It is located in an area with easy access to highways and grocery stores. The resort was extremely quiet which is a huge plus!
This trip was for my daughter’s wedding. We had ample closet space for all of the formal and casual wear. We had room to move and get ready and even bring some items back afterwards. The kitchen allowed us to cook plenty of meals and we had more than enough room to have two or three people in the kitchen at the same time. We utilized the linen service so there was no need to pack more items. The property offered many amenities for all family members. There was even a mini golf at the end of the property. My husband was able to play golf and the pool was within walking distance. The grounds were well maintained and one always saw staff maintaining the grounds. Everyone was very friendly. The property is a hidden gem which we will be using and recommending to our friends.

Great for families
We had a great time and the condo is a great location. We had two families stay together and we didn’t feel cramped. The condo is really nice for wheelchair access as well. It has a very nice and clean indoor/outdoor pool so even on the rainy days you can keep busy. The indoor pool is so warm and very clean. The condo was well kept and if you have any issues or need to contact Dawn she’s great with responding right away. The only issue we had was with the possible cleaning service (which isn’t Dawn’s fault) I just think that maybe the cleaning service wasn’t very thorough and maybe just went in quickly and did a quick clean and left. We will be back for sure!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this property in Tupleo Bay. It was pretty clean and there were ample towels. Lots of space to gather together but also enough for privacy when needed. It is close to a lot of great seafood restaurants in Murrels Inlet and not too far of a drive from all the fun in Myrtle Beach. We really enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Would stay again if ever in the area.

This was our first time renting property for vacation and it could not have been better! Dawn, the owner, answered every question I had promptly. She was great to work with and the condo was beautiful. The amenities; pool, golf, etc were perfect and we had a great time. This will be our "Go To" in the future!

Awesome stay at a beautiful property!
Dawn was a wonderful host. My family and I visited the area on the day Hurricane Isaias passed through. Dawn checked on us and updated us prior to our arrival and also checked on us the day after the storm. The check-in process was super easy. The condo is VERY clean and well maintained. Location is close to everything to make your stay wonderful from a nearby water park and family fun center to supermarkets and great food. There is a mini golf course, par 3 golf AND 18 hole golf course along with ice cream store on the property.. We spent a lot of time between the fitness center, outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. It was all we wanted and more. Our stay was amazing and we will definitely stay here on our next trip. Thanks Dawn!

Perfect for a family vacation
We just finished spending almost two weeks at this property. It was wonderful and totally exceeded our expectations! My wife and I had our 2 year old daughter, wife’s parents, and wife’s sister with us. There was so much space in the condo and it was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Dawn was wonderful to work with, very proactive with her communication, and was very willing to answer questions about the area. The indoor and outdoor pools were very well maintained, there is a very nice golf course, and you’ll be a very short drive to wonderful beaches. There are some really great restaurants in the area. Our favorites were the Conch Cafe, Sarah J’s, and the Gulfstream Cafe. They all have outdoor dining with great views and appropriate social distancing. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The guest bathroom had dust & spiders in the corners by mirror... Sipder webs in front bedroom in the corners.. also there was a basket in kitchen had spiders on it...There was no extra rolls of toilet paper only what was on the roll in each bathroom... coffee pots where old
grinds would fall into coffee.. would recommend new coffee pots for sure.... also a one cup coffee pot to make single cups.would have been nice to have..our first night I washed all floors I was in shock the water was black , and that was before walking on them ,the owner said everything had been deep cleaned .. don’t know how they missed the floors. I would definitely say we left this condo cleaner than when we arrived.. I don’t understand how you can justify a cleaning fee.. I would also recommend blackout-drapes in all bedrooms the sun woke us up every morning..Owner should have supplied hand sanitizer & disinfect wipes to wipe down counters, door knobs due to Covid 19...I’m still waiting on my refund to be returned which they claim will be delayed.

Perfect family vacation
This villa is placed in a perfect location for families. With a mixture of beach life, shopping facilities, entertainment, and golfing our family was content for the entire stay. Preferred to be at Surfside/Garden city beach rather than Myrtle beach, which worked out perfectly with the free beach shuttle. Villa was very clean and spacious, with lots of ammenities. Owners were very accommodating and helpful. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Family stay at the beach. 🤩
Had a wonderful time at surfside beach. This is our second time stay at Tupelo Bay and the unit we stayed in was brightly and cheerfully decorated. Everything is exactly as described in the description and photos. There was a mix up with the cleaning of the room and it wasnt quite ready on time but Dawn responded promptly and gave our family of 8 free tickets to mini golf on the resort which is always a treat. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't prefer staying oceanfront and it was perfectly spacious enough for our crew.
