The location was perfect for us as we were travelling by car and had bikes but it was only a gentle stroll into the centre of Bayeux. Despite being close to the access roads, it was wonderfully quite at night. The room is essentially a beautiful studio with separate sitting room, large bathroom and huge bedroom - it was all very comfortable and stylishly decorated. Everything has been carefully thought through by the considerate hosts who provide a very warm welcome. Breakfast was superb and a perfect start to the day in a lovely dining room.

As soon as you walk through the front door, you know you've made a good choice. This character house is decorated and furnished with good taste. The rooms are spacious and bright. The breakfast, neat and complete, is served in an idyllic setting. We are sure: after us, many romantic spirits, from near and far, will be pleasantly surprised.

Large rooms and quiet environment , nice decorated. Super ftiendly and helpful host!!!!

No (mini -)fridge to keep your drinks, medicines cool during your stay , I am sure the host will help if needed but this could increase comfort! In the room .

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Entire property is gorgeous -- makes for some lovely views out of your room and frankly in the room too. And let's talk about the room -- beautifully decorated & absolutely massive. I had a very large bedroom, very large bathroom, and a large sitting room with books/tv/ electric kettle. Absolutely shocked at all of the space. I was solo, highly recommend for couples as well. The hostess is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She also puts in a lot of extra effort into breakfast. It was the most elegant breakfast I've ever had, way beyond my expectations. It also tasted as good as it looked. It was like staying at a B&B run by Martha Stewart.
