Good location friend staff and clean
Had a hostel feel to it.

Really nice and cozy hotel, with a nice lounge. Free Coffee and beer are a nice extra, plus the "buffet" of toiletries available.
The working space was nice as well, with extra Monitors that could be borrowed. Overall really nice.
For someone like me that struggles with A/C a lot it was way too cold in the sleeping area. Of course this is a personal preference and I was able to get an extra blanket. Overall amazing service

The convenience, if you need a place in Shibuya. Modern take on the capsule idea is somewhat refreshing and interesting.
Capsules aren't exactly the most relaxing places to stay. The Millenials would be considered a more premium capsule experience if that is what you are looking for. If you want to experience a capsule, a night or two can be recommended but it's not a very sustainable living situation for longer term. You can probably find a business hotel for the same price but the facilities might not be as contemporary. As a capsule hotel, it's relatively clean, modern, and the bed is comfortable although it would be nice if the air circulation for the capsule was a little bit more effective.

i loved everything . i loved the beds so comfy . a probably the best sleep i’ve had my whole trip in japan so far.
Love that they offer late check out for a reasonable fee .
facilities were supper clean .

I loved how friendly the staff was and the social areas they had to relax, do work, or socialize if you pleased. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers felt amazing. I was surprised at how nice the water pressure was. The beds were comfortable and cozy. I always felt safe as a solo traveler and the room was always very quiet.
The safe gave me a little trouble. My things got locked inside even after I had successfully used it multiple times before which was a little inconvenient especially when I was about to climb into bed. Other than that very small hiccup, I can’t say there was anything I disliked.

Nice place to work and meet people if you travel alone. Staff was super friendly, takes good care. Location is perfect, just a block away from Shibuya crossing.
The rooms (if you can call it that) are super small, you know what you get ofcourse but still pretty expensive for such a small room. If there were options for rooms with a little more privacy it would be a 10 for me. Ofcourse this is personal preference and I get it's an hostel. Overall experience is sublime.

La gente que hacia ruido por la noche en las capsulas

I’ve been here 3 times now and The Millennials is still great! Right in downtown Shibuya and accommodating for travelers who pack light to mid. They still have their free beer happy hour too which is great for socializing! You get a key card instead of a key too so no need to hand it in every time you depart. I have to do that at most capsules but not here!
The only difference is there is no free breakfast anymore :(

The location and the atmosphere
The lift was very slow. They could do with a second one!

The location of the property is perfect for being located just at the edge of the main crossing.

I didn’t manage to make it to the breakfast but i was extremely happy with the facility. It was modern, hi-tech and so comfortable.
The projector made for a nice touch in my pod and wasn’t hard to figure out after a bit of playing around with it. (Audio i eventually got working too)
The bed was so comfy and i loved the big luggage rack that easily slid in and out under the bed.
The bathrooms were extremely clean, down to the heated toilet seats and shower rooms.
Loved the free happy hour beer each day, it made for a social environment and helped me meet other solo travelers, we soon merged plans and became friends!
The location is absolutely so prime! Right in the heart of shibuya just a 5 min walk from the station and shibuya crossing. Just writing this review is making me wish i was back!! Loved it so much.
I felt for the price everything was on point! As with most hostels, you don’t get much of your own space but it was nice to have what almost felt like a “room.” And the double bed instead of the usual twin was spacious and Luxe. Would definitely stay here again

En el mismísimo centro de Tokyo, a una calle de Shibuya. Todo limpio, organizado y bien explicado. Me encantó! Las camas muy cómodas.

Superb location in the heart of Shibuya. We loved the capsules and the facilities were clean and well equipped. What really made a difference was the staff, who were very helpful and friendly and helped us recover something we left behind.

i had trouble with the lighting and bed controls.

Best bed I slept in during my entire 2 month Japan Trip. I stayed for 8 nights and was pretty comfortable the whole time. Everyone on my floor were nice and respectful. Showers also have all the necessities! Plus the location is AMAZING! Try the Tex Amex place across the street- great margs
The floor I was on smelled like feet for the last half of my stay. Capsules can get stuffy in a. Hurry. You have a little fan in the ceiling you can turn on,, but wish there was AC in each unit instead of just on the floor.

Where should I start?...the best capsule hotel experience ever!! Well it was my first time in a capsule hotel and it was amazing, the capsules are so well designed, you can stored your bags under the bed, all in the capsule is controlled by an ipod: light, bed, the alarm is so good you only have to set the time in the app and the light will turn on and the bed will go up a little bit every 3 minutes is such a subtle but efficient way to wake you up with out disturbing others. The capsule also has a safety box and a small flashlight =). You can charge all your devices in the capsule as well. They keep your luggage before check in time and after check out for the day. The best of all was that in booking the only option was to book a capsule in a mixed level but when I checked in they had availability in the female only level therefore they put me there =). The breakfast is basic but good: bread, scramble eggs, 3 type of juices, free coffee all the day, assorted bread, cereal and fruit sauces. By the way they give a daily FREE beer from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
There was a drunk guy in the lounge area, I think this people should be kicked out of the hotel. He even felt asleep in the sofa making a lot of noises, it was obvious he was drunk.
I think would be good to add a little shelf close to the sockets to place your devices there while charging, currently you have to sleep with them next to you.

Accessibility to kitchen facilities and shower/bathrooms !
4.4
Location was excellent, facilities were comfortable and easy to access. Bed was large for a capsule room.
The fan in each capsule was not very effective, I could not regulate the temperature well and slept rather warm
4.4
Clean, central and staff who were friendly and helpful!
Standard luggage could not fit in their locking mechanism. Had to be left open and slotted it, which to me - defeats the purpose of locking it. Work around for me was just to lock up the bag and place it within my space with the shutter down.

Great location
There was a limited number of bathrooms compare to other hotel in Kyoto

Great location, great price, with the common area for guests to stay in you can meet other travelers and exchange ideas. Not to mention the Friday night party we attended. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Any concerns about noise during sleepytime or the pods vanished after great night sleeps, super clean bathrooms and wide beds!
That I couldn't stay longer.

location
the staff male ones came into the capsule area early in the morning. it made you feel in the way as they cleaned around you and also uncomfortable. if you are staying a few nights people shouldn’t be cleaning the rooms early in the morning around guests who are not checking out that day. especially guests who are female with male staff in female only areas.
