I loved how the washing machine and dryer are en suite. It made the whole vacation so much more convenient.

Lighting could have been better - it was either too dark or too bright at times.

The location was just as we had planned. Close to 1) the train stations, 2) Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, and the exciting nightlife of Shinjuku. We had five rooms that were located close to each other on the same floor. This enabled the grandchildren to mingle and the adults to meet and consult as we planned our daily activities. It was raining one morning, so we all decided to eat breakfast at the hotel... which turned out to be a good choice.

We didn't like the rain and the cold weather delayed the cherry blossoms blooming. So we just missed the peak of the cherry blossom season. But none of that had to do with the hotel or its staff.

交通非常鄰近新宿三丁目站，步行到新宿站也不遠，要逛街、吃飯或準備搭車前往其他區域都非常便利。 早餐的自助吧菜色很豐盛，光是白飯搭配明太子、漬物和玉子燒就已經是很完美的一餐。 一樓有咖啡機也有製冰機，可以隨時取用。但沒有提供瓶裝水，建議在便利超商先買好水。

這次訂的其中一間雙床房，房內有洗衣機，但操作上有點複雜，爸媽因為不會操作，折騰了很久才成功把烘好的衣服拿出來。 房間稍微有點小，行李箱無法攤平。

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds and facilities equipped with everything necessary and more. It’s in Shinjuku next to everything, but quit and not in the most busy corner.

The staffs understanding of English wasn’t always great compared to the level of other staff in similar places. Rooms a little small - be aware. Pretty expensive, but I understand that’s the standard for the area.

飯店附近餐廳，居酒屋多，所以環境可能相對會比較複雜一點。

The hotel was a short walk from Shinjuku Station. My fiance and I checked in late with no issues. We did not have to walk far from the hotel to find amazing restaurants that were open after 10 pm. The room came with a washing machine. Although we didn't use it, this is a great feature for those staying longer. We were delighted that there was a microwave in the room! There is a 7-11 across the street and it was nice to buy food there and conveniently heat it up in the room. Will definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again!

Good size room, opens up luggage easily and has great facilities. All amenities there are superb, very nice welcoming staff. Got a room with a bath, and washing dryer that was so useful for multiple days.

Was lost in the direction for a couple of days, too many shopping and lights looked so similar everywhere. But it is great for finding everything in the footsteps.

The location and room cleanliness are all good.

I will not stay the hotel again because very POOR WIFI. You can't even connect to WIFI at all. I had to use my data to access internet. Please be considerate when you choose this hotel. Btw, I stayed in 3 hotels during my vacation in Tokyo. Only this hotel can't connect to WIFI:(

Perfect location , in the heart of a nightlife area. a minute walk from the subway

The rooms are small but since we went touring all day it wasn't much of a deal. Breakfast is not continental but oriental , we didn't like it.
