Første lejlighed var møgbeskidt, og da vi klagede fik vi en ny som var bedre. Dog stadig mega beskidte vinduer mv Opgang og gangarealer var klamme. Lejligheder var slidt Der var intet at se af det veludstyrrede køkken som var lovet i opslaget. 2 flade tallerken, 2 morgenmads tallerkener, 2 sæt bestik, 2 kopper. Det er svært at lave mad med det. Meget støj fra omgivelserne.

The hotel super comfy and super spacious for studio room. Its beyond my expectation. The bathroom super clean . The staff also very helpful

Try to make variation of breakfast .the portion was huge but limited option .

Disappointed with the cleanliness in common areas. Corridor and lift were not well-maintained, impacting the overall experience.

Location near cameron highland pasar malam.. Quite jammed during peak hours

Het was heel muffig, het stonk, er zaten spinnen in de badkamer en de lakens waren vies.

The location of the hotel is truly amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, although they may encounter challenges in communicating in English fluently. Nevertheless, they always greet guests with a smile and offer assistance.

The electric stove was really annoying :) otherwise everything was good alhamdulilah

Deco is very nice and cosy.

Bedsheet, pillow case, duvet cover and towel have stains on it. Provided cooker but no pots for light cooking. Didn’t provide drinking water. Stench smell.

Bilik sgt selese dan lokasi penginapan strategi dan senang berjalan.. Pasar malam pun dekat hanya berjalan kaki..

Tiada benda yang saya dan pasangan saya tidak suka.. Semuanya sempurna dan terbaik stakat ini..mungkin lain kali kami akan datang kembali untuk bermalam di apartment ini.

Not clean at all. Very old. Not maintained facility.

Room was not like the pictures. Bathroom was old and had spider webs on the shower head. Toilet made lots of noise when flushing and couldn’t flash again for minutes. Bad location

the water heater is no working, in Cameron highlands so cold and the water heater is not working how do I bath? pls attention to this issue. And the facilities are very bad，all very old. And Sound insulation is very poor, if the corridor have sound can hear very clearly also the sound come from the 7-11 downstairs. And the sheets are not clean got the yellow stains on the sheets. The tissues provided are very thin and the hair dryer is also very old and cannot dry my hair at all. Also the plug socket is not enough. Bedrooms dont have sleeping light. Very poor stay experience

Pls attention to your water heater, facilities, plug socket, change a new hair dryer, update sound insulation and provide a sleeping light also a clean sheets
