Events manager was very helpful. He arranged a great trek for us as well as vehicle away from hotel. Staff in restaurant were helpful

The toilet and bathroom. The tiles on the floor are very slippery when wet. The slippers are provided are of no use at all. They nearly caused a major mishap in the bathroom.

Ageing facilities. It could have been better in terms of cleanliness.

The environment of the hotel was cozy and so happened the weather at the time quite chilling. Made the stay even more relaxing.

Nothing to do with the hotel but as usual, going to CH during school holiday period was always packed with people and massive traffic jam up there.

Food was edible and priced well. staff was courteous.

Room was not very clean, cobwebs in the corners. Phone didn’t work. We requested a quiet room and we’re put next to two different very loud families with small children. 2nd family we’re making a lot of noise at 11pm, and refused to quiet down. Reception was notified along with security, nothing was done. manager was informed the next day, and was not helpful. staff never notified him of the issue. we had to check out a day early and find a different place so we could get a good nights sleep.

Secluded place. Breathtaking view, awesome staff, clean and spacious. The food is also good.
