Struttura con tutti i comfort possibili. Posizione ottima per spostarsi con la macchina, con possibilità di parcheggio privato. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare una buonissima torta in frigo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima. Molta bella la vista oceano dal balcone.

Excelente custo benefício, simpatia do anfitrião, casa bem cuidada, equipada e confortável. Bem localizado, entre o aeroporto e o Funchal. A oferta de um bolo caseiro.

Poderia ter alguns alimentos essenciais como: azeite, massa, arroz, açúcar. Tinha café.

Vlasnik apartmana dočekao nas je na aerodromu, prevezao do smještaja i uveo nas u apartman. Apartman je uredan i prostran sa pogledom na Ocean i pustinjske otoke. Imali smo osiguran parking u garaži. Kao iznenađenje dobili smo finu tortu dobrodošlice

Localização e condições do apartamento.. Recepção com bolo maravilhoso. Simpatia e disponibilidade do Senhor Guido. Sem dúvida, recomendarei.

- welcoming owner - 2 separate bathrooms for 2 bedrooms - very convenient - a posibility to see sunrise from the balcony every day, wide view to the ocean - dining/living room with a comfy couch - well equipped kitchen with a washing machine - quite warm inside for a winter month - 7 minutes walk to the beach and promenade, quite steep on the way back though :) - parking space in underground parking

- as mentioned already, busy main road is just 100m away, disturbing view and good sleep in one of the bedrooms, with closed windows it was bearable, just keep in mind - what makes it worse, the main road is visible and hearable but not actually accessible fast, you need to drive quite a few kilometres to reach it, and the building itself is located on a very steep hill, so be brave approaching :) - the second bedroom has no WiFi signal at all that makes it "sleep only" room, repeater of signal would be really good option - kitchen has quite a few inhabitants/insects making it a bit unpleasant to use. I've heard that's a common issue in Madeira but we actually meet them first time being in 4 different apartments before - price/quality equation might be better, during high season it's really a good option due to proximity to the beach, but in winter there are plenty better and cheaper options around

Maisto ruošimo priemonių stoka ir prasta kokybė (keptuvė maža, nekokybiška ir be dangčio, šaukšteliai iš labai plono metalo ir kt.), prastas kvapas vonioje ir virtuvėje, namuose yra skuzdžių, todėl visą maistą laikykite šaldytuve, dvigulė lova labai traškėjo.

We loved the apartment, the host Guido was very helpful and flexible plus he gave us an entire cake as a welcome gift. It was delicious! Location was perfect for us, we had a great time and we will recommend this place. Thank you!

The road is a bit noisy but we slept in the bedroom with garden view which was very relaxing.

The place is beautifully located with an amazing balcony and ocean view. The rooms are really comfortable and the sofa is awesome. But what we liked the most was the cake that they offer us, it was delicious.

Very comfortable quality apartment. The owner was very kind and was there to greet us with a beautiful cake that his wife had made. We really appreciated it. It had everything that we needed. The sofa was lazy boy style and very cosy. The view overlooking the sea was lovely.. The furniture was nice and it felt good to be there. The kitchen was well stocked and they had thought of everything that you may need even washing liquid and clothes detergent and cleaning products. Plenty of towels and loo rolls. 5 mins walk to the beach from the apartment We would like to stay there again. Parking was very good inside secure garage.

The apartment was comfy and clean. Everything we needed - was there :) A parking place on site is a big plus. Guido left us a very nice suprise in the fridge and he was always very helpful. Thank you!

The host left a beautiful homemade cake for us, which was a lovely surprise.

Apartment sleeps 6. There where 5 of us, and only beds for 4,we needed an extra bed.

Good location, owner Guido left us tasty cake in the fridge as welcome gift which was lovely touch, nice view of the sea from balcony, all things we needed were provided, comfy beds.

Amazing view, spacious apartment, 15 min on scooter to Funchal. Renting is just down the road and to the right. Pick up and drop off to airport. Snacks and wine was nice touch. Fabulous island, apartment and people. Obrigado.

Awesome apartment for a family trip to Madeira. Lovely decoration, well equipped, parking spot at the garage for one car (with remote control to open the door), very comfortable mattress, 120° view over the sun rise out on the horizon on the living room balcony. Just about everything you could ask for. The Host Guido, welcomed us us a nice bottle on red wine and an awesome and huge welcoming cake. For the people who doesn’t know Madeira very well , the apartment’s located in one of the best areas to stay in Madeira:safe, modern, close to everything and beautiful. 5*

The owners are fantastic, always avaliable for help. Incredible cake was waiting for us, that the lady made. Two bedroms, two bathroms all sparkly clean. Breathtaking view from the terace and the parking place in the garage. 10+

Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Guido was very accommodating and helpful. No issues at all - would happily come back.

A small amount of road noise in the lounge from the nearby main road, but nothing other than that.

The apartment was great, with ocean view, close to the beach. Our host was really kind and helpful, he picked us up at the airport the night we landed, and also gave us a lift to the airport at 5 in the morning when we left. He brought fresh cakes and cookies to us (btw, best bakery is his on the island, if you rent a car, you should definitely go there and try everything!) and a glass of wine was also waiting for us in the apartment. All in all, we had a great time on Madeira, loved the apartment, food, cocktails, beach, nature and Guido! :)

The only thing that was not the best about the apartment is that it is close to a highway, and we could hear the noise of the cars, but it was not too bad, we could sleep.
