Great location to explore the coast near and around Point Arthur. Fantastic view in the very best equipped place we have had on our trip in Tasmania. Better that our own home! BBQ, coffee machine and plenty of supplies and condiments. Host was very responsive.

Spotless clean. Great kitchen appliances. Floor to ceiling glass. Quality furnished. Generous sized rooms.
The main bed was hard, probably too old and we were both stiff and aching after two nights.
It's common to have a pod coffee machine at that price point. Just the one packet of roast and ground for one cup each.

We left a few items behind by mistake. Despite phone calls, direct emails and messages via booking.com, no responses have happened. Very nice on the phone but our clothes are presumably still in Footprints 2.

The view from the bedrooms and living/balcony is amazing. Loved being right on the beach with beach access. Gorgeous house with everything we needed. Couch and main bed were ultra comfortable.
Not anything I didn't like per say. The shower head in the ensuite was a little disappointing for such a spacious shower.
Path to beach was very overgrown but manageable.

ants got in very easily and ruined our food over night which isn’t ideal since the nearest market for more food was pretty far.

Location nice and it was comfortable in the main
Being a fairly isolated location, getting a coffee not all that easy. Closest option 6km away and not brilliant. Seriously suggest instead of an outdated plunger, that a up to date coffee machine be supplied in the kitchen. It would make a massive difference.

Lovely unit overlooking Sandpiper Beach. Clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations. Bonus of having salt, pepper and tin foil etc. in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and good water (even though this was from rainwater tanks).
Only 2 minor annoyances. There were ants on the lookout wherever you were. We think they need to spray for them. The other issue was (and only a minor issue) the TV advertised had no antenna connection, so not even free to air reception.

Location is good, direct access to beach.
Only two bath towels supplied when paid for three to stay. The dish washer tablet slot clip is broken, end of washed everything by hand.

fantastic house and view. Much more impressive than in the photos. we would recommend and stay again in a heart beat.
there were more rules around how clean you should leave it than I have experienced so far and have requested in my airbnbs.
