Excellent location on Amstel River, amazing staff. A member of our group was injured and staff was extremely helpful!

La estancia fue genial. Pasamos unos dias muy agradables en amsterdam y sobre todo en el hotel. El personal también muy agradable y simpatico, nos explicaron cosas de amsterdam y sitios donde teniamos que ir. La verdad que super simpaticos todos, destacando a dos chicos que nos trataron super bien que sabian español y nos ayudaron mucho (el que nos hizo el chek-in y el que nos pidió el taxi) Un hotel con excelencia, la verdad que cuando huelva a amsterdam sin dudo cojere de nuevo el hotel!!!

La verdad que no tengo ningún comentario negativo. El hotel era muy bonito y el personal muy agradable. Hay que caminar un poco bastante para llegar al centro de amsterdam, ya que esta algo lejos. Pero disfrutas de los paisajes y los canales.

Das Hotel ist sehr schick ausgestattet und eingerichtet, die Zimmer geräumig mit ausreichend Ablage und Stauraum, sehr ruhig, extrem nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, gute Bar und Restaurant. Mit der Tram (5 min. entfernt) kam man sehr schnell ins Zentrum und auch zum Hauptbahnhof.

Das Spa war nicht so erholsam wie erhofft und viel zu klein. Die Spa-Anwendung eher nur okay.

Lovely top-floor studio with lots of space and private feel. Breakfast was an excellent selection. Thoughtful touches, like noticing and celebrating my birthday (cake and fizz at breakfast) as well as giving us water for our onward journey. Small touches but noticed and appreciated.

The bar and restaurant were not open when we arrived. So we made do with the spa. This would not have suited everyone on a Sunday evening!

Beautiful luxurious building and plush room. Spa a nice added extra. Lovely restaurant, with attentive staff, although quite expensive. Breakfast delicious and plentiful, loved the conservatory room.

Both bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays. I’d picked this hotel for 2 nights on that basis as a solo traveller, so disappointed. Enjoyed a Lidl picnic in my room instead! It’s a little walk to the main area of city, but lots of interest on way.

Such a wonderful hotel. A magnificent building sympathetically decorated and furnished. Nice quiet location not too far from the centre and all the things you would want to do and see.

Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber es fehlte an nichts. Positiver Punkt - es gab super leckere Glutenfreie Brötchen zum Frühstück. Die Lage war super. Wir nutzen auch den Parkservice, weil die Parkgebühren auf der Straße einfach zu hoch waren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber ( ich bin sehr pingelig und sehe alles)

Of all the things, only having one lift and it being very slow was strangely frustrating.

le problème est que les photos que vous affichez sur les sites booking ou autres ne correspondent pas a la réalité de la chambre obtenu!!! je souhaitais une chambre avec baignoire et douche comme présenté dans les photos accompagnant la réservation , j ai mm upgradé la chambre pour l obtenir ! au final qu'une douche très décevant. a moins que l hôtel a modifié de lui même la réservation en donnant une chambre inferieure pour un prix supérieur

El hotel 10 de 10 , la atención muy buena un plus es que hay personal que hablan español 😀 Las habitaciones muy limpias , las estancias muy bonitas y cómodas .

Prima bed en de ligging van het hotel. Uitstekend ontbijt dat ook goed bijgevuld werd.

Kamer werd pas ‘s avonds schoongemaakt na onze eerste nacht. En men wilde dat doen toen we net even terug op de kamer waren voordat we gingen dineren en nadat we de gehele dag weg waren geweest. De factuur zou per mail verzonden worden en ook nu (net als de vorige keer) gebeurde dat pas nadat we er na een aantal dagen nogmaals om hadden gevraagd, waarbij de factuur deze keer in 1e instantie leeg werd ontvangen en er dus nogmaals om gevraagd moest worden.

Le personnel est très serviables et répond à toutes les requêtes. L'hotel est tout simplement sublime. Il possède un véritable cachet car le batiment existe depuis le 17eme sicle. Les chambres sont très confortables.

L'albergo in sé bello, pulito, bella camera comunque inferiore alle attese (rispetto alle foto su booking) , colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentile.

Ci hanno dato una camera che non corrispondeva alle foto su booking, ma questo ci può stare... il problema è che era in un edificio secondario, per cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire di piscina e spa, dal momento che per raggiungerle bisognava fare un tragitto all'esterno e, in questo periodo, la temperatura esterna non invoglia a muoversi in accappatoio per la strada ( con la riserva di quanto possa essere opportuno girare per strada in accappatoio, ma data la libertà olandese, tutto è possibile...) Le camere non sono adeguatamente insonorizzate, si sentivano i bambini della camera accanto. Inoltre poco servito dai servizi urbani, col tram più vicino a 10 minuti a piedi.

Breakfast was nice. Bed was extremely comfy and reception was very helpful and accommodating about a later check out.

Hotel felt a little tired. Studio room was a little rough around the edges and rather oppressively designed and dark.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, in allem ein sehr saubere und gepflegtes Hotel.

Leider konnte man die Fenster nur einen Spalt öffnen, wodurch sich insgesamt in dem Zimmer sehr viel Staub gehalten hat

Gostamos do atendimento cordial, em especial dos portugueses que nos trataram muito bem. Destaque para a localização bucólica e o prédio histórico reformado com janelas altas e lindamente decorado. Pode-se entrar com as malas pelo restaurante que fica no térreo e usar o elevador que fica ao lado, sem necessidade de subir as escadas da frente do hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, e adoramos o toque português com o pastel de nata delicioso. Além do restaurante do hotel, há outros bons no bairro Piij próximos da Albert Cruyp Straat onde aos sábados ocorre a famosa feira Albert Cuyp Market.

O hotel poderia aprimorar a comunicação sobre a entrada com malas pois soube desta facilidade lendo um comentário do Booking.

The hotel is very nice - our room was very nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a lovely touch that they left some nice toiletries and slippers for my little girl. The facilities at the hotel were great, including the pool. Breakfast was superb and we also thoroughly enjoyed the evening meals we had at the restaurant. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back.

The only thing we would say is that the location of the hotel let it down slightly - it is a little bit out of the way of the main attractions. Having said that it is a pleasant walk from the hotel to the sites and there are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee places very close to the hotel
