The check-in was smooth with very kind staff. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. Not exactly centrally located, but the center can be easily reached with metro.

The only thing is that the bathroom door can't be kept open, only if you place something in front of it.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam was entirely satisfactory. Located in the heart of the business district, it's a solid choice for anyone on a work trip. The hotel offers all the basic amenities you would expect, with no complaints. While there aren't many thrills, the hotel provides a comfortable and convenient base for business activities. Very friendly and welcoming staff, special thanks for Abishek at the reception, the rooms are very clean, good breakfast buffet, quite location, many high-end restaurants and some grocery shops nearby, 5 minutes walk from metro and train station, highly recommended, i will be staying here next time i come to the Netherlands.

We were stranded in Amsterdam due to weather related flight delays. The hotel was very accommodating to the many who were not expecting to be spending the night in town. The staff was warm and welcoming which helped with a long day of traveling and unexpected circumstances.

The air conditioning was not working well, but did work some.

Thank you to the whole staff who was very helpful and supportive during the week end crisis at Schiphol airport. Really appreciated that. Generally hotel is super comfortable, one train stop from the airport and 15min metro ride to the city center : very convenient.

The staffs were great. They gave us a high floor and always seem to be in great spirit. Good size room Good size bathroom

The leather chair in our room smells a bit musky. It ruins the cleanliness smell of the entire room. Also, it seems that the ac wasnt on or if it was on, the thermostat did not work properly.

Robert helped us a lot.

At the first night we had no air conditioning. We ask to fix it and it didn't work abd in 9 pm we had to move room. To a room with a problem in the shower. I expected better condition. Kathie from the reception was unplesent and accused us that we didn't use the air conditioning properly.

Nice looking hotel , good restaurant and bar, free bikes, clean and spacious

About 2km from old town , but great metro nearby, very little to do nearby some cafes and german restaurants , food in hotel much better
