apartamento magnifico, lindo, decorado, confortavel, roupas de cama e banho limpinhas e novas. A paisagem da igreja na frente das janelas do apartamento proporcionam um visao incrivel.
O barulho dos veículos na rua que é muito movimentada dura a noite quase toda.

Location, cleaning, Facilities and every thing.
- Host was not cooperative with early check in (at 1:00 pm) even though the apartment was empty, it has no reception area, I told him that i was standing in the street with a lot of luggage.
- The host held the deposit for an entire month after the visit.

The view from the apartment, the fridge, the Nespresso machine, and the fact that the beds were comfortable - however the room facing the Main Street is a nightmare to sleep in, given that noise starts very early in the morning and I don't believe there is any proper soundproofing. The second bedroom is preferable if you want to have a good rest. The elevator was also a bonus, considering most houses/buildings like that in Brussels don't have an elevator.
1) The fact that Sweet Inn required me to send a photo of my passport and a selfie to their online platform in order for me to be able to check in. Requesting someone's identification documents online is a very bad practice, it exposes the person to identity theft and the business to data breaches that may significantly affect their clients. Some random business is requesting a copy of your passport and a selfie to go with it, to be uploaded on their random website. Very shady. When I asked the WhatsApp concierge for their privacy policy, she had no idea where to direct me to, it took about 15 minutes or so before she was able to share a link with me. In the Privacy Policy there is actually a line saying that there is no legal obligation under which you have to provide the information they require. Again: shady.
2) The fact that there was no solution for me to leave the luggage anywhere before the room was ready - I arrived very early on a Saturday, around 8-9 am after a long transatlantic flight with a layover, and the check in was at 4 pm; I had to carry around my suitcase for hours until 2 pm when they finally told me I can go to the apartment. The Sweet Inn WhatsApp Concierge directed me to leave the luggage in a locker at the train station, as if I was a backpacker in Europe.
3) The fact that during my entire week (Saturday to Saturday) the cleaning service did not come, not even once, even though the concierge told me it would come once on the Wednesday. I let them know before I checked out & they reimbursed the cleaning fee.
4) The bathtub was missing the cap that would have retained water in the bathtub - so you can't really use it for a bath, and both showers in the apartment had some issues.
All in all, it was a very frustrating experience and I would not book again with Sweet Inn, especially when I travel for business.

unfortunately i had one of the worst experience i ever had in my life .
- I paid my full reservation on 2nd October for the whole 5 days
- later on the property ask me to do a check in on line and sent a link and in there message nothing mentioned about there is an additional post payment of 750 euros

- i opened the link and filled all required information including the booking reservation
- the property link / system each time is sending a message error or not correct
- i send this information and difficulty to use the link and do the check in to them in the property account - whatsapp who they communicating to me and this raise the alarm to me that this could be a fraud message ! This is why i communicated to booking . Com and the property to confirm this request
- only on the same day of arrival ( just few hours ) the property and i told them i am now in transit and cannot do the posting so i will do it at the hotel
- the property did not accept that
- the property refused to send pick up
- the property did not answer the communication even from booking . Com
- i was stuck in airport with my family from 10:30pm till 01:30 am next day
- i was forced to take taxi and roaming in the city searching for hotel , no hotel was available and unable to reserve unless to wait afternoon ( can not reserve in previous day )
- i finally got some one to support and convince one hotel Steigenberger Wiltcher's and made a booking of 900 euros/night
- I tried several time to contact the property on the number sent to me but they are not responding on the phone ( you can confirm this by trying or ask the man from booking . Com who responded to my call sunday night as he was trying to contact the property several time
I request a refund of whole paid a mount including the extra charge due to reservation on other more expensive hotel

The apartment was very roomy and included a full kitchen and a clothes washer that came in handy during our trip. It was located a short walk to attractions and a major train station so we could do day trips to other cities in Belgium. There was a small cafe near by that made getting breakfast very simple in the morning.
When we were there it was very hot, and without air conditioning opening the windows was nice when there was a breeze. However the unit is on a busy street so when the windows were open it was a bit noisy. The bathrooms were large enough but water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor near the shower door.

It’s a very spacious apartment with lots of natural light and a stunning view of the Cathedral. Well equipped to enjoy your stay and fully relax with great kitchen, open plan living area good size bedrooms and nice shower and bathroom. The staff were amazing and very helpful with any questions or problems.
The main issue are the windows which are not of the best quality and a window in the bedroom doesn’t quite fully close so the problem in the apartment is noise from the traffic outside, it’s actually quite noisy. Water kept spilling onto the floor under shower room door and the door itself wouldn’t open fully because it catches the floor in mid point. Sofa in the living room had stains and for the price of this apartment it’s rather not acceptable.

The location, nothing else...!
Place had no AC, it was terribly hot in August. With Windows open, noisy as there is no tomorrow; people, police, ambulances and the tramway that rattled the entire building.
Place felt worn out, ill maintained and not clean. We found a used face mask on a shelve. Not COVID-19 friendly! Very stingy on toilets paper, one roll per WC. We had to buy our own. A big No NO for a property that has the prétention to cater luxury properties.
