the pictures make the hotel look amazing and the reality is it’s not ! there was a definite smell of amok in the room

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The decoration of the hotel and room is very pretty. The reception staff were friendly and gave us a kettle for the room when asked. We were put in a room on the 7th floor with a nice view of the city and a very large, comfortable bed. There was plenty of space and the room was clean. It's not as central as other hotels but we chose it on purpose to avoid the crowds of the city centre. There are cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants close around.

The room was unbearably hot as it seemed our bed was located just above heated pipes. It just so happened that the weekend we stayed there was also very sunny. The AC was at its maximum but it made no difference as it was quite weak. The window could open but it wasn't quiet enough during the night to leave open (occasional loud traffic, and locals staying out in the small park in front of the hotel). The TV worked but the TV's connection to WiFi didn't allow for casting or watching videos. We booked the room hoping for 2 separate beds but there was only availability for a room with a large bed. The lift to the rooms is also quite slow.

Got a parking ticket even though paid on metre, not hotels fault but consideration as there is no parking provided.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staff were nice.

Location not great, no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. Room was small, hot and the air con didn’t work.

decor was pretty, hotel lobby bar and breakfast was good. loved the coffee machine. quiet street was a plus. Room was a bit small for 4 but appreciated having 4 beds.

the hotel's location is perfect and so convenient, there are many restaurants nearby.

The room is not noisy-proof. And can hear the neighbor's phone talk and hair drier using. Then in the morning, there is still some noise of renovation.

Newly renovated, hotel has a great design and properly decorated. Rooms are extra large ! Everything is clean and confortable!

The hotel was clean and the service excellent.We had a problem with the AC on our first night but it was solved on the second night and we even got upgraded ☺️.

No coffee available in the rooms. The sofa bed tilts when you move to the edge of the bed.
