Extrem dreckig, Möbel defekt teilweise so kaputt das man sie nicht benutzen kann. Es sah aus als ob da nie geputzt wird. Es war wirklich jeder Euro zuviel bezahlt.

Ausstattung! Sowohl im Zimmer als auch auf dem Flur roch es, als ob wir uns in der Nähe einer Müllhalde befänden.

Had a nice view from the room's window, the beds were comfortable and we didn't have any noise related problems.

The kitchen equipment was a bit lacky, however simple dishes could be made.

It work if you just need a place to sleep. They have a caffe at the bottom floor.

Needs to be clean in a better way, after a shower the bathroom was float, at 1am the fire alarm went on and they had to evacuate the whole building when the fire fire came it was just a issue with the alarm.

room was quite dirty with several broken pieces of furniture. there are groups of people sitting, shouting and drinking around the lobby.

I have informed the facility about changes in our travel plan, called them, send the email and asked for modification of our booking, but they did not react. also I have discussed that changes during check in and they promised to take the action with Booking.com, but nothing happened

The room layout worked for my needs. The room was clean. Basic necessities were fine. If people were more respectful, it would be a great place at an affordable price.

The smoking near the door way meant that the lobby was always filled with smoke and the smell rose to my room when my window was open. The drinking, yelling and arguing at night. The large door slamming. I brought earplugs and used them every night.

On arrival the staff (wearing a tracksuit) chatting and smoking with a group on young men, it gave very uncomfortable feeling arriving at 22:00. After 5 minutes they came in to check us in but surprising to see someone casually dressed and was unsure if they actually worked there as they only handed over the room key. Room was dirty, not vacuumed and dirt/food in the cupboards in the kitchen area, not cups/glasses to even get a drink of water. The room was stinking of smoke (surprising for a non-smoking hotel and no smoke alarm in the room), curtains were hanging off the rail. Next morning we asked for a hairdryer as we were informed they were available. The woman on reception didn't speak English so I used google translate to ask for the hairdryer, she replied bluntly 'No' and continued to work at her desk, she didn't even get up and look. Check out no staff at 08:00 in the hotel, it was very eary.

It was available and functional for a short stay over during Oktoberfest.

There was no available facilities to get water or any nearby supermarkets.

buffet breakfast day before we arrived but the days I was there no food or coffee at all unless you buy from a machine # will not be back . no glasses in room either to have a drink of water

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious enough.

It looked like the cleaning staff went over the place with a dry paper towel. There was dust in the cracks and no soap in the bathroom dispenser. The location was way too far away from the Oktoberfest and super expensive. The WiFi connection was poor and I had to bring my laptop to the lobby because the signal in my room was too weak to maintain a connection.
