El personal súper servicial, amable y cercano, te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas saber de allí y te aconseja sitios muy buenos para ir. La struttura è molto bella e sicuramente quando entri dentro ti senti in Marocco, le foto che avevo visto corrispondevano alla realtà. La posizione in pieno centro ti permette di visitare a piedi le zone più caratteristiche della medina di Tangeri, anche se hai a disposizione mezza giornata come è capitato a me. La camera non enorme ma pulita e molto bella, doccia ampia. Molto utile il servizio di transfer a pagamento per l'aeroporto, che consiglio vivamente. Io ho cenato la sera al piano della terrazza ed ho trovato un costo corretto per quello che ho mangiato. Infine ringrazio molto Abed Zini, responsabile alla reception, molto gentile e disponibile.

Ho dormito una sola notte, quindi non so se capita sempre, la sera si sentiva molto il rumore dalla strada, ma a mio avviso ci si può passare sopra se si preferisce la posizione centralissima. Suggerisco di migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle camere da letto. Comunque, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza mi sono trovata molto bene.

Amazing hotel with beautiful Moroccan décor, from intrinsic patterns on the ceilings and walls to the many archways giving you a traditional Moroccan experience with all of the five star amenities. The service was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome, ensuring we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. In particular Abid and Mohammed were amazing, tending to all of our needs from arranging tours, buying local Sim cards to taking us to the best shops for gifts. They also catered for my request for a birthday cake and decorated the room with flowers and balloons. As part of breakfast there was a nice spread of food options also providing omelettes on demand along with Moroccan tea. The waiter was very accommodating aiming to make sure that we were happy and content. My wife and daughter booked a session at the Hammam spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere outside the hotel is always lively with the hustle bustle of tourists and locals, either dining at restaurants or shopping for gifts or watching street performances and music. This was my first time in Morocco and fantastic experience for all the family and we will definitely come back Palais Zahia on our next trip and would highly recommend this hotel. Again I would like to thank Abid and Mohammed for their hospitality.
