The apartment is great. The staff is superb.

The apartment is located on top of a hill. We could not get a taxi from train station. We asked three different drivers and they all refused. Google said it was less than 1 km and it would be a 20 minute hike. It took us three hours! We are in our 70s and have handicaps. Once you figure out the bus system , the apartments are easy to get to. It still takes about 85 stairs to reach them from where the bus drops you off. If it weren’t for that, my rating would be a 10!

Everything was fine, the apartments are conveniently located in a pleasant residential area on a hill, near the bus stop is located and on foot you can walk to the city center. The room is equipped with everything you need to relax, also there's a fridge etc. The owner of the apartment, Mauro, was very hospitable and provided us all the necessary information. We recommend this place! Thank you!

Good wifi and nice air conditioning. Good location with nice shower. There was an elevator. There was nice double bed with nice pillows. Cleaning the room everyday.

The towels didn’t really dry the skin. Poor contact beforehand with the owner but on the spot it was good. No kettle nor any plates or cups. There was no shower gel.

i send messages to the host to inform them of the time of our arrival and they never replied also the check in was between 3pm and 5pm and we waited nearly an hour in front of the gate because nobody was there. when the staff arrived the room was not prepared we had to wait one hour and a half in plus because they didn't cleaned the room. in the room no water... some of the facilities were not there, they didn't told us about the breakfast or any lunch and the bathroom was not clean and some stuff were broken...We stayed 3 nights the towels were changed once and on the second day the cleaning lady tried to enter in the room when we were sleeping and even if we locked the door she tried to force it.

There is AC, it’s clean and the building is new.

Great location and great neighborhood. A bit away from the touristy center, so it has a nice local feel to it.

I liked the stairs, they really give the charm to the city and the neighborhood, but climbing them with suitcases wasn't fun.

Good location. Public transport is very close and it's quite often. Supermarket is a few minutes away. There's a small cafe nearby where we had a good breakfast. Room was spacious.

It's my fault I didn't check the latest check in time. Our arrival to the city was at 20:00 and last check in time is 19:30. We wrote to hotel but response almost look like automated. They said they'll wait a bit more. In the end I called them on the day of arrival and they said they'll wait until 20:30. We made it in time but it was rather stressful. Also on booking it says checkout is at 11:00 but check out time is 10:00 at the weekends.

The room was spacious and modern. Clean. Had a fridge. The area was not loud.

The bathroom was tiny. Check in hours were only until about 19.30 so might be troublesome if you have a late arrival. Shower was a tiny cubicle but this is typical in Italy. Reception wasn't too keen on solutions or customer oriented - Customer service wise it was meh. Location is a 20 minute walk from the center and steep uphill. Not an issue unless you have heavy luggage or are really our of shape.

The quality/price ratio is adequate. The minibar had decent products.

We stayed for 2 nights at this B&B and we only got the room cleaned once. The staff, we only met the man who was taking care of the check in/out, it's been ok.

We had a big room, clean and the possibility to go to an inside garden, a good place for smoking.

There are a lot of stairs up to the location from the center of the city, but this is the specific of the city.

Located in a safe and nice residential are, near by bus, grocery store, coffee shop. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast for the money. Hotel has an elevator. We got a great typ from the hotel owner to go to Portofino.

Many steap stairs to get to the hotel, so if you have a heavy suitcase, this will be a real challenge. No hair dryer, even though it was in description, we got one second time we asked for it. Broken toilet seat, impossibe to really sit on the toilet. When asked to help contacting covid center, I was left standing in the office for about 40 minutes without offering a chair. First attempt contacting the center didn't work, no other happened, unfortunaltelly, had to find our own way to deal with it.
