I liked the spacious nature of the unit, the cleanliness of the unit, the media provisions and the location of this accommodation.

Maybe I could suggest more streamlining of online booking. I received around 12 messages/emails related to my booking over a 24-48 hour period prior to checking in. The process seemed a bit cumbersome! For example, you had my credit card details and had procured payment within 1 minute of booking, yet I still had to send a photo of my card etc. There seemed to be multiple emails of processes to be followed saying much the same thing. Despite this, I did enjoy my stay and will book again for sure.

The venue was in a good spot, right next to the harbor. There was a coffee shop just downstairs. The room was a good size and had a reasonable view of the harbor. The bathroom was a reasonable size.

I didn't like the shower bath set up. There was no room servicing done for the 3 nights I was there. as the room also faced the courtyard for the Sebel, it was a little noisy with a wedding going on downstairs and even with all the windows and blinds closed, the noise still came through.

Too much to mention.

Great location

The check in was a torture. We arrived at 10pm due to work and the host advised that there will be electricity key however the key was not there and we had to come up with an alternative despite advising that we will be arriving late. It was a nightmare

Location excellent.

We booked this as an apartment. Turns out it’s just a room. Facilities very poor. Just a jug and toaster.Shelves were very dusty, a cockroach greeted us, same towels for 3 day’s, no tissues, plug in hand basin didn’t work and taps very hard to turn off. And all this for $1010 for 3 nights!! The owner should be sued for misrepresentation!
